Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work motivation of Sultan Coffee employees in line with the main theories, process theories, and contemporary theories. The subjects of this research were 4 employees of Sultan Coffee, who were classified as Gen Z. This research is qualitative and focuses on descriptive description because it aims to test the theory mentioned earlier. The results of the study show that the work motivation of the Z generation of sultan coffee employees is proven to be in accordance with the three theories. Specifically to fulfill their interests, the work environment is full of peers, and to carry out the mandate of their teacher.

Abstract

This study focuses to determine how the strategy in determining the selling price of bananas applied by banana traders in Blitar traditional markets. This study uses a qualitative research method with the approach of study phenomenology, by conducting in-depth interviews and observations related to the behavior and attitudes of traders in making a sale and purchase transaction. The results of this study shows that traders determine the selling price of bananas based on the lirang strategy, while in one part and will be divided into several lirang. Then it will see the type, size, a number of bananas in one lirang, level of ripe, and current market conditions. Determination of selling prices based on this lirang is considered easier by traders, because traders do not need to weigh the bananas they sell and this strategy or method has long been used by banana traders in traditional markets

Abstract

This research focuses on investigating the management of training program which held by CV. Sultan Coffee Indonesia. Even though, this company still in process of developing since 2019, it needs to conduct training regularly to build up the excellent capacity to the employee for making sure the products follows market wants. The theories used are about human resource management focusing on developing good capacity for employee from several experts. The data is taken by observing, the secondary researcher is full observer that assist a lot for collecting the data. The analysis data is done sequently until find and describe the result as well as discussion of the research. The result finds that management training program starting with training needs assessment analysis, goal formulation, design, implementation, until training evaluation. Each step is done sequently according to the needs of training regularly or conditionally based on the requirement for gaining the highest market and profit.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are firstly to find out the salary expectations that gen z want while working. Secondly, to analyze what types of jobs are interested in gen z. Finally, to describe how the strategies are applied by Gen Z to achieve the salary and work they want and the implications of this research for the company. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach and quantitative with a survey approach. The sample used in this research is 108 students of the management department UNISBA Blitar belonging to gene z. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and structured interviews online. Analysis of the data used by describing the results of the numbers from the survey conducted then elaborated with the results of interviews and theories that have been written. The results of this study suggest that gen z wants a salary above 5 million with a percentage of 44.9% and the rest below 5 million. Furthermore, 39.6% want to be entrepreneurs for future types of work and the rest as employees of BUMN, ASN and others. In addition, they also carry out special strategies and tips to achieve what they expect.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the largest population and the largest area in ASEAN. This advantage can be a potential for Indonesia to move the wheels of the economy through international trade. The purpose of this study is to analyze Indonesia's export potential to ASEAN countries with the existence of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) agreement. Research using literature study method. This method focuses on using valid and reliable data. Based on the results of data analysis, there is no significant difference regarding the total value of Indonesia's exports to ASEAN countries either before or after the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) agreement was enforced. It is felt that there is a need for diversification of trade products, due to the minimal trade rotation between ASEAN members allegedly because they have similar commodities and even tend to be similar.
