Abstract

Indonesia is fighting against Covid-19 by modifying its regional quarantine (lockdown) policy into large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) which are localized according to the level of severity in the province, district, or city. During this pandemic, the world economy and Indonesia experienced a slowdown. The government and strategic assessment institutions predict Indonesia's growth will be low or even negative in 2020. To that end, the Government seeks to schedule a New Normal policy so that the economic impact of the pandemic does not lead to a prolonged crisis. This Writing Method Using descriptive. Descriptive method is a method that aims to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. The pandemic causes a domino effect from health to social and economic problems, including business actors. The government is preparing support for the business world through coordination with BI with OJK with national banks so that business zones, business zones, and real zones can always survive despite sluggish economic activity. The government has allocated a budget of IDR 659.2 trillion as a stimulus to overcome the impact of the pandemic. trillion allocated to six sectors. The total realization until the first week of August was Rp. 151.25 trillion or 21.8% of the ceiling of the National Economic Recovery program. Recovery of various aspects of life after the Covid-19 pandemic is generally carried out in stages. However, the recovery depends on the economic and governance structure set by the local government, there are several steps that need to be taken to achieve a post-pandemic sustainable economic recovery agenda.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, it caused a recession in various sectors. Related sectors include the SME sector. In many businesses, the number of buyers is down and profits are falling. This is because of government regulations regarding people at home. Therefore, you need to develop a strategy to keep them alive and increase resale. The survey method used is qualitative analysis with exploratory steps with participant observation techniques. Researchers used qualitative methods. Qualitative Research Methods is research that can be carried out through direct contact, understanding the opinions of open-minded people and understanding through symbolic interactionism researchers conducted research in Jember. The results of this study reveal various strategies that can be applied by entrepreneurs, including selling online, digital marketing, improving product and service quality, building relationships, and building relationships with customers. It is hoped that the results of the research can be carried out by economic actors, who take into account changing circumstances and economic actors will be able to survive.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Budget Target Clarity, Reporting System, and Internal Control on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies (Case Study in the Banyuwangi Regency Local Government). The sample in this study consists of the Regional Secretariat, Regional DPRD Secretariat, Inspectorate, Departments, and Agencies in Banyuwangi Regency, totaling 27 SKPD, using the convenience sampling method. The study involves 54 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire, and data analysis employed instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests using SPSS Version 26. The research findings indicate that budget target clarity does not significantly influence the performance accountability of government agencies, evidenced by a t-value of 1.234 < t-table 2,008 and a significance value (sig) of (0.223 > 0.05) The reporting system does not significantly influences the performance accountability of government agencies, with a t-value of 1.789 < t-table 2,008 and a sig value of (0.080 > 0.05). Internal control significantly influences the performance accountability of government agencies, with a t-value of 2.378 > t-table 2,008 and a sig value of (0.021 < 0.05).
