Abstract

The use of e-commerce in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid development.Social media is considered successful in giving a way of communicating and interacting with internet users within a limited period of time The purpose of this research are to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand equity towards customer purchase decision through consumer response as a variable intervening oh umrohpilgrims PT Saraya Anugrah in Sidoarjo. This research uses analytical method with two methods in the analysis process namely first covariance based structural equation modeling method (CBSEM). Target population in this research is umroh pilgrims that amounting to 150 respondent. Resultf of this research are 1. price perception has a positive effect and significant to consumer responses 2. price perception has a positive effect and significant to customer purchase decision 3. social media marketing has a positive effect and significant to customer responses 4. social media marketing has not positive effect and significant to customer purchase decision 5. brand equity has a positive effect and significant to customer responses 6. brand equity has not positive effect and significant to customer purchase decision 7. consumer responss has a positive effect and significant to customer purchase decision

Abstract

The tax constitutes the important fund source for the development cost, thus it needs the efforts to do for intensification of fund taking. The success of these efforts will be determined by two related things, namely the society’s awareness to pay the tax  and the attitude and the ability of the tax authority in doing its duty in the field. The most fundamental problem in the tax aspect is actually located in the efforts for finding the answer, who receives the last tax load in the next turn. Is the last tax load taken by every person paying amount of money to the state’s revenue? Not certainly. Because it is still potential to shift the tax load, partly or overall, to other people. In public economy, the concept of tax load shift and the last tax load (tax incidence) is an important concept to be understood. The company revenue’s last tax load or incidence is a controversial case, from both the theoretical study and the empirical study. The resolution toward this case becomes interesting and important to be learned, so the related practitioners can determine and implement the tax policy more carefully. Abstract

In the globalization era nowadays, the increase of interdependence among the states becomes unavoidable. But, this dependence has to be minimized a little by little. It makes what to do limited. The imported product dependence makes goods price more expensive. Meanwhile, the map of economy and business world atmosphere is colored with increasingly higher competence. All of them effect no option for us, except increase ability and superiority of all national economic potency in order to achieve the continuous national development. In welcoming the commitment explanation, it is time to reinforce the strategy for building the industry sector by featuring our own strength to increase independence in implementing the national development. It can especially be personified by eliminating the problems in the sector. The most important thing is also to increase nationalism sense. The new nationalism is not chauvinism and isolated nationalism, but nationalism for domestic product appreciation rather than imported product. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership, work environment, work discipline on work motivation and the performance of GSE employees of PT. Gapura Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 112 employees of PT Gapura Surabaya's GSE Unit. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS and AMOS. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test with factor analysis, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbach. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Test, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that situational leadership has a significant influence on employee motivation. Situational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant influence on work motivation. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation. Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Marketing is a business activity that consists of a process in planning consumer needs, creating a product that is suitable for marketing, promoting, and distributing products or services. One the efforts made the company in marketing is by being able to meet the desires and needs of consumers, to provide satisfaction and loyalty to consumers who are the main factors in the success of business. Therefore, consumers expect a quality of performance that can provide satisfaction and customer loyalty by providing quality service, price perceptions and tastes that can make consumers interested. In this study the population is all consumers of " Mie Liho Mie Kiro " Driyorejo District, Gresik. Samples taken were 100 respondents by giving questionnaires to respondents to obtain data. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis using Amos 16. The results showed service quality negatively affected customer satisfaction but could positively influence consumer loyalty. Variable price perception can positively influence consumer satisfaction and can negatively affect consumer loyalty. Taste variables can positively influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Variable customer satisfaction can positively influence consumer loyalty.
