Abstract

One of the primary needs of the people is secure. It required every person, family, neighborhood, office, organizations, political parties and the state. so the author of the study final test by making an Security Application of the Room by Using Technology Laser Rangefinder Using Webcam and Laser Class 2 Devices. These applications are built using waterfall process model, which is one of the software process model that has five workflows: requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. The system was developed with the framework Visual Studio 2010, C # language and technology laser rangefinder that is implemented with the support of webcam and laser class 2 devices.

Abstract

Rupture of the perineum is still a problem, because there are many maternal primigravid obtained by perineal rupture caused by various factors, one of them is a straining technique. Based on preliminary studies conducted in Polindes Sayang Ibu kecamatan Dawar Blandong Mojokerto of 50 primigravida who labor, 60% experienced a rupture perineum with wrong staining technical factors. Given these problems it will be examined staining technical relationship with rupture of the perineum in primigravida. The method used is analitk with cross sectional approach with population of 30 maternity primigravida delivered in Polindes Sayang Ibu kecamatan Dawar Blandong Mojokerto at the time that the research conducted in March-July with a sample of 28 maternal primigravida. Concecutive sampling technique used by counting all the existing number of samples. The independent variable of this study is straining technique and the dependent variable in this study is the rupture of the perineum. Collecting data using observation sheets, then analyzed and statistically tested by chi-square test with significance level = 0.05.The results showed that of the 28 maternal primigravid obtained the majority (57%) do straining technique properly and most (57.2%) also maternal primigravid ruptured perineum. Data analysis was performed with chi-square test of SPSS result of count = 10.22 using a significance level (α) = 5% (0.05), df = 1 Found a critical point  ( table ) = 3.84 in order to obtain count (10.22) table (3.84), then H1 is acceptedThe conclusion from the above results there is a correlation staining technique to rupture perineum in Polindes Sayang Ibu kecamatan Dawar Blandong Mojokerto. It is therefore expected health workers can provide counseling about the manner of delivery with the correct straining techniques and delivery complications, so primigravida could do straining technique right at the birth took place. Abstract

Red fruit (pandanus conoideus) is one of the natural biological resources that contains lipid compounds that are beneficial and important for health. However, the content of red fruit oil components is sensitive to oxygen, light, and heat, so it impacts damage to the content and a relatively short shelf life. The emulsification method can increase the benefits and shelf life of red fruit oil. Emulsions can be stored by preserving active substances in their core and protecting them with a shell layer. Adding alginate to the water phase can increase the stability of the emulsion against aggregation because these molecules can cause steric and electrostatic repulsion between droplet interfaces. This study aims to synthesize red fruit oil emulsions with alginate as a co-surfactant. The variables observed were the ratio of ingredients, the effect of speed, and the time of emulsification stirring. The study's results, namely alginate, can be used as a co-surfactant in the synthesis of red fruit oil emulsions. The ratio of red fruit oil emulsion ingredients is 1% weight/volume, tween 80 1% weight/volume, and alginate 2% weight/volume of a total volume of 40 ml. The emulsification process conditions were carried out at room temperature with a stirring speed of 25,000 rpm and a stirring time of 10 minutes. The resulting emulsion is an oil-in-water emulsion (m/a). The emulsion is dominated by hydrophilic or polar components caused by tween 80 surfactants and alginate co-surfactants. In addition, the creaming formation time occurred after 216 hours, and the separation time occurred after storage for 552 hours.
