Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify how the effect of economic motives and religious motives that influence the motivation of women to work as a garment factory worker. Penganbilan in this study used a sample of 50 respondents, data collection techniques with the use of questionnaires, and research variables are economic motives (X1), religious motives (X2), and the motivation of women to work as factory worker (Y). Data validity was tested using the Pearson product moment correlation, and to mengujitingkat Cronbach alpha reliability using, then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses tools SPSS version 13. These results indicate that there is significant influence of each variable on the motivation of women to work as factory workers. Keywords: Women, motivation, worker

Abstract

Abstract The theme of this research on adaptation strategies angkringan traders to exist in the face of the dynamics of life in the surrounding area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Researchers want to know how the strategy or the efforts made by angkringan traders in order to maintain his existence and how social capital, which in turn play a role in these efforts. The strategy can be formulated as an effort to maintain his existence as a angkringan’s trader around Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The method used in this research using descriptive qualitative method. In this study, there are two classifi cations of traders who hung (trade) around the area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta, which is used as one of the objects of informants, namely traders patterned angkringan traditional and modern. Through the narrative they can know how the efforts and strategies undertaken to maintain his existence in the face of the dynamics of life in the surrounding area of Jl. K.H. Ali Maksum Krapyak, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The strategy is one of them is to increase infrastructure facilities in Angkringan, such as a more representative (wider), Television, snacks are varied, not only the main menu as in angkringan others. In this study found the factors underlying the existence of traders angkringan and efforts are being made to defend themselves in the face of the local economy. Abstract

ABSTRACT Led by syariah bangking operating in Indonesiam many banks think that their main affecting the loyalty of customer to syariah banking was the practically consistent obedience to Islamic banking principles. Unfortunately, rhereafter were controversies in regard with this teory. This research had an aim to analyse and for knowing preference and perceptions of individual customer banking Muslim and non Muslim prefer syariah banking in Province DIY. In taking the sample, random sampling is taking. The sample of the study is 163 individual customer syariah banking in Province DIY. Furthermore, descriptive statistic, are used in the study. Keyword: preference and perceptions of customer syariah banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (i) Interest in students learning in science (ii) Student learning outcomes in science. (iii) the influence of Reading Alound Two two stays on the interest of learners in science. (iv) the influence of Reading Alound two stay two stray strategy toward the students' learning interest in science. This study is an experimental research (quasy experiment) which takes into account several variables of interest and learning outcomes of students of class IX SMP Negeri 12 Parepare with the application of the model of Reading Alound Two stay two stray.. Expected research results (i) The interest in learning of students in Biology Science subjects in class IX in Parepare State Middle School which was taught by Reading Aloud-Two stay two stray learning models experienced an increase in the average value before and after treatment, which is in the high category . (ii) Learning outcomes of students in Biology Science class IX in Parepare State Middle School which were taught by Reading Aloud-Two stay two stray learning model experienced an increase in the average value before and after treatment which was in the high category. (iii) application Reading Aloud-Two stay two stray significantly influences students' biology learning interest in science. (iv) Application of Learning Reading Aloud-Two stay two stray significantly influences students' Biology science learning outcomes. Key words: Reading Almost Two Stay Two Stray, Interest and Learning Outcomes.
