Abstract

Abstrak Pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) Batam di bidang restoran terus meningkat dari tahun 2014 sampai 2018. Hal ini menandakan bahwa industri restoran di Batam saat ini terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, restoran-restoran harus meningkatkan daya saingnya dengan berinovasi agar berbeda dari restoran lainnya. Penelitian ini menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi IWP pada karyawan restoran Korea dan Jepang di Batam. Responden penelitian ini adalah 51 juru masak pada 5 restoran Korea dan Jepang di Batam yaitu Nogusaya Teppanyaki and Grill Restaurant, Dae Jang Geum Korean Restaurant, Club House Villa Panbil, Yuzu Sushi Boutique and Restaurant, dan Ken Yang Restaurant. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua factor-faktor yaitu leadership, organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Work Performance. Kata Kunci: leadership, organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, Innovative Work Performance, restoran Korea dan Jepang Abstract Batam locally-generated revenue in restaurant industries keep increasing from 2014 to 2018 which indicates that currently restaurant industries in Batam keep growing. Therefore, restaurants have to increase their competitive value with innovation, so they will look different from other restaurant. This research examine the factor that influence IWP on employee Korean and Japanese restaurant at Batam. The respondents of this study were 51 cooks at 5 Korean and Japanese restaurants in Batam, namely Nogusaya Teppanyaki and Grill Restaurant, Dae Jang Geum Korean Restaurant, Club House Villa Panbil, Yuzu Sushi Boutique and Restaurant, and Ken Yang Restaurant. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study can be concluded that all factors, namely leadership, organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior have an effect on Innovative Work Performance.
