Abstract

The success of village development is an indicator of community welfare in the village. Meanwhile, development in a village is said to be successful, inseparable from the intervention of all existing elements. The community is seen as an important element in the process of implementing urban development, so community participation is important in its success. The role of the community can be seen in real terms, starting from the involvement of planning (Musrembang) to active participation in its implementation. The main reason for community involvement is none other than the planning carried out must represent the interests and needs of the community, so as to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana peran Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik dalam penerapan izin tinggal terbatas pada Tenaga Kerja Asing di Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah. 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyalahgunaan izin tinggal terbatas bagi tenaga kerja asing oleh Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik di wilayah Halmahera Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang mana Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel maupun lebih tanpa membuat suatu perbandingan, atau menghubungkan satu variabel dengan variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah adalah pengawasan terhadap izin tinggal terbatas pada Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang mana memiliki kepentingan untuk bekerja di Indonesia sehingga dapat disebut sebagai Tenaga Kerja Asing (TKA). Ada empat metode pengawasan serta alur pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah yaitu (1) Metode Pengawasan Administratif (2) Metode Pengawasan Lapangan (3) metode Pengawasan Laporan (4) Metode Pengawasan Mapping.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan penelitian lapangan yang fungsinya untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena sosial dari sudut atau perspektif partisipan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui implementasi standar operasional prosedur pelayanan publik di kantor Kelurahan Jiko Cobo dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan implementasi standar operasional prosedur pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Jiko Cobo. Dari uraian data yang dimiliki oleh peneliti sebelumnya dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya upaya peningkatan pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Jiko Cobo sudah baik jika dilihat dari penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedurnya namun karena ketidakpahamnya masyarakat dalam menilai maka proses pelayanan publiknya terkesan masih kurang baik. Terlepas dari ketidaknyamanan sarana dan prasarana yang belum ada di Kantor Kelurahan Jiko Cobo tersebut yang mana menurut Kepala Kelurahan juga belum terlalu baik.

Abstract

Giving reward and punishment is an important factor that is applied to support employee motivation and provide sanctions for those who lack discipline at work. Both can affect employee motivation, and the aim is to increase work motivation so that employee performance can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment partially and simultaneously on the work motivation of employees in the South Tidore District Office, Tidore Islands City. This study uses quantitative data types obtained from the results of a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 70 employees in South Tidore District. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Software. The results showed that the reward variable partially had a significant effect on employee motivation with a significant value of 0.043 ≤ 0.05, while the punishment variable had no significant effect on employee motivation with a significant value of 0.354 ≥ 0.05. However, reward and punishment simultaneously have no effect on employee motivation at the South Tidore District Office, this can be seen from the results of the calculation of the F test with a significant value of 0.063 ≥ 0.05.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration is the process of land registration for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects throughout Indonesia in one village or sub-district area, including the collection and determination of the correctness of physical and juridical data regarding one or several land registration objects for the purpose of registration. .The purpose of this study is to understand how the Implementation of Issuing Land Certificates through the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is carried out in East Halmahera Regency, especially in the case study conducted in Maba Sangaji Village, Maba City District. This research will be carried out systematically and in detail, and will analyze the factors that impede the implementation of the program, especially at the East Halmahera District Land Office which is implementing the program in Maba Sangaji Village. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a focus on observing people's behavior through words or utterances. The selection of qualitative methods aims to provide a more detailed description, explanation and understanding of the problems studied by studying individuals, groups or events as a whole.
