Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed at determining the effectiveness of Zuriah-based leadership in improving teacher performance. This research is a case study on Islamic education foundation Miftahul Huda Jepara. This study uses Qualitative Descriptive approach to find how significant leaderhip model based on Zuriah is related to teacher performance. The method used is observation, interview and questionnaire. This study has showed that Zuriah-based leadership has a significant and effective influence on teacher performance. Keywords: teacher performance, Zuriah, leadership

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan Islam mengalami tantangan yang semakin berat seiring dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan zaman. Masyarakat memaknai pendidikan secara parsial. Padahal pada hakikatnya manusia dan kehidupan adalah sesuatu hal yang kompleks. Kehidupan manusia membutuhkan beragam solusi atas keunikan dan kompleksitasnya. Dengan demikian pendidikan yang visioner diharapkan mampu melayani kebutuhan dan tuntutan tersebut. Visi, metode, strategi dan konsep-konsep pemikiran baru diperlukan dalam menunjang inovasi baru dalam bidang pendidikan. Tulisan ini mengkaji fenomena pendidikan Islam, yang keberadaannya pada era ini terdapat paradigma tentang dikotomi pendidikan, sedangkan manusia hidup dengan segala keunikan dan kompleksitasnya. Selain itu manusia secara kodrat juga memiliki beberapa fitrah yang kesemuanya harus terpenuhi.secara seimbang. Tulisan ini menawarkan satu konsep yang diharapkan memberi jalan keluar atas permasalahan yang ada.Kata kunci :Pendidikan holistik, lnsan kamil.ABSTRACKIslamic Education experiencing increasing challenges with the development and the demands of the times. Partially interpret community education. Whereas in human nature and life is something that is complex. Human life requires a variety of solutions to the uniqueness and complexity. Thus visionary education is expected to seNe the needs and demands. Vision, methods, strategies and concepts of new thinking is needed to support new innovations in the field of education. This paper examines the phenomenon of Islamic education, whose presence in this era there is a dichotomy paradigm of education, while human life with all its uniqueness and complexity. Besides human nature also has some nature terpenuhi.secara all of which must be balanced. This paper offers a concept that is expected to provide a solution to the existing problems.Key words : holistic education, perfect man.
