Abstract

This study aims to find the problems and strategies carried out by the Lazis Muhammadiyah management in Medan are divided into two, namely internal and external. And what is being done is an effort to raise awareness together to channel zakat al-mal to Lazis Muhammadiyah so that it is managed properly and transparently and evenly so that it directly touches the community so that the objectives of the zakat law are realized. Management of zakat based on Law Number 23 of 2011 is zakat management states that zakat management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services in managing zakat; and increase the benefits of zakat to create social welfare and poverty alleviation. Efforts to realize the function and role of zakat in the welfare of society, the zakat management law issued by the government is in principle to facilitate, motivate and confirm the management of zakat issued by the Amil Zakat Agency or the Amil Zakat Institute.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis masih menempati peringkat ke-10 penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepadatan hunian dan ventilasi rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru pada pasien dewasa yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Case Control. Populasi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien dewasa suspek TB paru yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Sampel kasus sebanyak 34 pasien dan sampel kontrol sebanyak 34 pasien. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan: dari 68 pasien terdapat 35 pasien (51,5%) yang memiliki kepadatan hunian tidak memenuhi syarat, 59 pasien (86,8%) yang memiliki ventilasi rumah tidak memenuhi syarat, dan 34 pasien (50,0%) yang mengalami kejadian TB Paru. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian TB Paru pada pasien dewasa yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dengan OR=43,500 dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara ventilasi rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru pada Pasien Dewasa yang Berkunjung ke Puskesmas Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dengan OR=10,154. Diharapkan pada masyarakat khususnya penderita TB agar dapat dapat mengatur jumlah penghuni kamar dan ventilasi rumah sesuai anjuran kesehatan. Abstract

This study examines the illocutionary functions in Surah Al-Fatihah from a pragmatic and sociopragmatic perspective. Language in religious contexts is not only a means of communication but also a medium for expressing spiritual experience and constructing a relationship between humans and God. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze expressive and directive speech acts embedded in Al-Fatihah and to understand their functions within the context of Islamic prayer. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with an exploratory design. Data were collected through textual analysis, observation of prayer practices, and interviews with informants. The findings reveal that Al-Fatihah is dominated by expressive and directive illocutionary acts, structured systematically into praise (verses 1–4) and supplication (verses 5–7). The transition between these functions reflects a communicative strategy that integrates emotional expression and spiritual request. The study also shows that meaning is strongly influenced by the context of prayer and supported by paralinguistic features such as intonation and recitation style. These findings imply that religious language functions both linguistically and spiritually, contributing to a deeper understanding of pragmatic studies in religious discourse.
