The implementation of campuses that received an Integrity Zone (ZI) assessment, Corruption-Free Area and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBK/WBBM) were corruption-free in practical terms for policy makers, lecturers, employees, and students. Its manipulative application tends to lead to the emergence of corrupt behavior which becomes an obstacle in higher education governance. So the purpose of this study is to examine the assessment of the WBK/WBBM Integrity Zone (ZI), and its implementation and obstacles in the Higher Education campus environment.
