Abstract

The educators and the administrative personnel of non-formal education play as frontliners in implementing the programs of non-formal and informal education. They are expected to provide learning communities with excellent services. On the other hand the existing problems are very complicated and need high skills to solve. This article discusses emotional and adversity intelligence and how to develop them for the educators and the administrative personel of non-formal education.

Abstract

Human resource scorecard is a tool to record human resource performance in a card system, by focusing on long and short term and using financial and non financial indicators. There are four perspectives in this approach, which are learning and growth, internal business process, customer and finance. Human resource scorecard is not only a tactic measurement but a strategic management to manage long term strategies. This articles discusses how human resource scorecard can be implemented in the formal and nonformal organization comprehensively to increase human resource quality and to improve education organization, so that, it can give the best service to community.

Abstract

As early childhood education has become a world commitment, its quality in all aspects must be improved continuosly. For this reason, this article discusses specifically the role of the educator in early childhood education. It believes the educators have a strategic role in achieving the objectives of early childhood education.. In instructional process they act as observer, mentor, facilitator and innovator. As an observer, they have a duty to monitor the program and help the children grow optimally. As a mentor, they must improve interaction and communication and motivate the children to learn. As a facilitator, they have to provide assistance to help the children to solve the problems and finally, as an innovator, they have to be creative to make learning enjoyable. If all these role is conducted properly, education climate will be condusive for a better qualty improvement.
