Abstract

The study was conducted in serambai village, Sub-District of kembayan, Sanggau. The purpose of this study is to determine the types of plants, particularly certain parts of plants that can be used for treatment of various diseases and to know the way of processing by Malay and Dayak communities in Serambai village. The results of this study are expected to provide information to society about the benefits of some medicinal plant species that exist in the village of Serambai and invite surrounding people to preserve and cultivate such medicinal plants for the benefit of general public in future. Based on the results of research on some medicinal plants used by the Malays and Dayaks in surrounding village of Serambai, there are 51 species of medicinal plants that belong to 35 families. Surrounding communities usually cultivate such medicinal plants traditionally based on habits and experiences. Based on the growth rate, the percentage of trees that were used by people in Serambai village amounted to 33,33% while based on the type of single herba, 78,43% was benefited. Leaves were part of plant that often usedby villagers. Its amount was 39,62%. For processing, boiling is a favorite pattern that was often applied by people with percentage amount of 58,50%. Having processed traditionally, 59,26% of people taking it by mouth and 72,22% of local people exploited the properties of the leaves to treat internal illnesses. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil perhitungan material antara penggunaan metode Building Information Modelling (BIM) menggunakan Autodesk Revit 2022 dan metode CAD konvensional pada Proyek Menara X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi kasus pada proyek tersebut serta wawancara dengan para pakar BIM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Autodesk Revit 2022 dalam perhitungan QTO memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dan konsisten. Dalam pekerjaan pembetonan, estimasi menggunakan BIM lebih tinggi 5,01% dan dalam pekerjaan bekisting, lebih tinggi 9,39% dibandingkan metode CAD konvensional, sedangkan dalam pekerjaan pembesian, estimasi lebih rendah 7,25%. Hal yang serupa juga terjadi pada volume realisasi, di mana BIM menghasilkan volume yang lebih tinggi 2,56% dalam pekerjaan pembetonan dan 6,58% dalam pekerjaan bekisting, sementara lebih rendah 3,73% dalam pekerjaan pembesian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa BIM dapat mengurangi kesalahan dan ketidakakuratan dalam perhitungan material, dan oleh karena itu, dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi proyek konstruksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi BIM menggunakan Autodesk Revit 2022 menjadi pilihan yang lebih baik daripada metode CAD konvensional pada proyek-proyek konstruksi di masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProyek penggantian Jembatan Cisolok dilakukan di ruas Jalan Raya Cisolok yang dimana menghubungan Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten. Sehingga memerlukan penerapan BIM untuk perancangan jadwal dan biaya yang efektif dan efisien agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pekerjaan. Metode penerapan BIM diawali dengan pembuatan model 3D menggunakan software Tekla Structures dengan gambar acuan DED dari konsultan. Model 3D menghasilkan QTO dan gambar 2D yang akan dijadikan shop drawing dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan. Hasil dari QTO digunakan untuk merancang penjadwalan dan RAB yang akan diintegrasikan sehingga menghasilkan simulasi 4D dan 5D dengan menggunakan Naviswork.  Animasi dan augmented reality dilakukan dengan bantuan Lumion, Unity 3D dan Vuforia Engine. Hasil pemodelan dari DED menggunakan Tekla Structures menghasilkan model 3D, shop drawing 2D, dan QTO. Hasil QTO digunakan untuk perancangan penjadwalan dan perhitungan RAB. Dari hasil penjadwalan menggunakan Microsoft Project didapat durasi pelaksanaan proyek Jembatan Cisolok 172 hari. Serta, RAB yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan sebesar Rp 8.900.820.032,- (delapan miliar sembilan ratus juta delapan ratus dua puluh ribu tiga puluh dua rupiah). Jadwal dan biaya yang telah dibuat diintegrasikan dengan model 3D sehingga menghasilkan simulasi 4D dan 5D; serta animasi metode pelaksanaan dengan format MP4 dan augmented reality.Kata kunci: BIM, DED, model 3D, QTO, penjadwalan, RAB, simulasi 4D dan 5D, Augmented Reality ABSTRACTThe Cisolok Bridge replacement project was carried out on the Cisolok Highway section which connects West Java and Banten Provinces. It requires the application of BIM for effective and efficient schedule and cost design in order to increase work productivity. The BIM application method begins with the creation of a 3D models using Tekla Structures software with a DED reference drawing from the consultant. The 3D models produce QTO and 2D drawings that will be used as shop drawings in the field. The result of the QTO is used to design scheduling and RAB that will be integrated to produces 4D and 5D simulations using Naviswork. Animation and augmented reality are done with the help of Lumion, Unity 3D and Vuforia Engine. The modeling results from DED using Tekla Structures produces 3D models, 2D shop drawing, and QTO. The QTO is used for scheduling design and calculation of RAB. From the scheduling using Microsoft Project, the duration of Cisolok Bridge Project implementation was obtained 172 days. As well as the RAB obtained from the calculation is Rp 8.900.820.032,- (eight billion nine hundred million eight hundred twenty thousand thirty two rupiah). The schedule and cost that have been created are integrated with the 3D models so as to produces 4D and 5D simulations, also an animation of the execution method is made in MP4 format and augmented reality.Keywords: BIM, DED, 3D models, QTO, scheduling, RAB, 4D and 5D Simulations, Augmented Reality
