Abstract

This research aims to develop a hypertension classification system based on measuring blood pressure and heart rate using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method and storing data on the Thingspeak cloud server. Hypertension is a major health problem that requires regular monitoring for effective prevention and management. This research created a tool that can measure blood pressure and heart rate using the KNN method as a classification. The data was collected using a sensor device integrated with Thingspeak for real-time data storage and analysis. The KNN method is used to classify measurement data into optimal, normal, prehypertension, grade 1 hypertension, and grade 2 hypertension categories. The implementation of data storage on the Thingspeak cloud server allows easy data access and efficient analysis, and supports continuous health monitoring. In conclusion, the system developed can be an effective tool in monitoring and classifying hypertension, and has the potential to be applied on a wider scale for public health management.

Abstract

This research presents an effective and efficient solution for tracking pets using Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) based on radio GPS. The study creates a device and application capable of monitoring the whereabouts of pets to prevent their loss by displaying the latitude and longitude of the pet's location. This application provides real-time monitoring and exhibits high accuracy, with minimal differences in latitude and longitude compared to both animal tracking applications and Google Maps. The application's update speed is also impressive, with a delay of only 4.25 seconds. By continuously developing and enhancing this technology, it is expected to provide broader benefits to the pet-loving community.

Abstract

The using of artificial sweeteners in food products is more extending, thus evaluation on how food producersimplemented regulation of artificial sweeteners type, maximum level for use, and admonition on product label isneeded. Information was collected according to explanation that written on product packaging (label) such as:type and artificial sweeteners content, and admonition about using and its side effect that based on regulationstated in SNI 01-993-2004 and Indonesian Government Statement No. 69 Year 1999. The food products thatused as sample was categorized in beverages, confectioneries, chewing gum, and dietary supplement products. The observation result showed that many of food products did not add the sweeteners dosage, admonition aboutthe using and it side effect on the label product. Beside that, there were tendency in using more than onesweetener in one product. As for that, the standard or special regulation that regulates the use of artificialsweeteners combination is necessary.

Abstract

The utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the agriculture sector continues to evolve, including in the automation of agricultural processing tools. This research aims to design and develop an IoT-based scallion cutting tool integrated with the Blynk application, which functions to control and manage the device in real-time. This tool is equipped with key components such as a cutting motor, sensors, and a microcontroller, all controlled via the IoT network. The Blynk application allows users to adjust cutting parameters, such as motor speed, and receive information about the tool's status. Testing has shown that this tool can operate automatically according to settings provided through the Blynk app, producing consistent scallion cuts that meet the requirements. The implementation of this technology is expected to enhance efficiency, reduce manual labor and time, and improve the productivity and quality of scallion cutting. With the integration of IoT and the Blynk application, this scallion cutting tool offers an innovative solution to support the modernization of the agricultural industry, particularly in scallion processin.

Abstract

The development of information technology in this modern era has progressed very rapidly, many ways have been developed to store large amounts of data, one of which is to use a server. A server is a computer system that serves and controls client access that is connected to it. All activities that we do on the internet always involve the server. Servers play a very important role because of their heavy duty to serve clients. Therefore, the server may not experience interference. One of the disturbances that cause a damaged server is the temperature that is too hot so that this tool is made in order to prevent these problems. This tool is made to regulate the temperature and humidity of the server room that exceeds reasonable limits. This tool is made using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, DHT11 as a temperature and humidity sensor, Ethernet shield as a link to the internet. This tool also uses the Blynk application as monitoring, from the results of reading temperature and humidity sensors on this device can reduce the temperature by 6˚C cooler when the temperature in the room is hot, in this case the tool functions as it should

Abstract

Accurate and efficient data transmission is increasingly essential due to the growing reliance on digital communication, particularly for multimedia content such as images. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) provides high bandwidth efficiency and strong noise resilience by transmitting data over multiple orthogonal subcarriers. Despite its advantages, limited studies have explored how modulation schemes influence frequency-domain characteristics during image transmission under different noise conditions. This study addresses that gap by evaluating digital image transmission through OFDM using Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) modulation. The objective is to compare spectral performance across various signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) levels. A grayscale image is converted into a binary stream, modulated using BPSK and QPSK, and processed through an OFDM system with 512 subcarriers and a 25% cyclic prefix. The signals are transmitted through an Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel at SNR values of 0 dB, 5 dB, and 10 dB. Power Spectral Density (PSD) is measured using the Welch method with a Hamming window, 50% overlap, and 1024-point Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The results show that increasing SNR improves spectral sharpness, reduces the noise floor, and enhances symmetry. BPSK offers better performance in noisy conditions, while QPSK is more efficient in high-SNR environments. These findings provide practical insight for optimizing modulation choices in OFDM-based image transmission systems where spectral efficiency and noise robustness must be balanced.

Abstract

Machinery is equipment that is absolutely necessary for companies in carrying out the production process. The bottle filling machine is one of the automatic machines that functions to fill liquid products into packaging. In the development of automation systems, of course, here we need a general control device (Universal) that does not require special power in operation. This research aims to get the time needed to fill 250 and 500 ml bottles, design nozzles for bottle filling and make plc program ledder on bottle filling machine. The system design on the Bottle Filling machine so that it can fill and lock the lid automatically by using a controller in the form of a PLC as a full controller of the system. In making ladder diagrams using the 7 gate logic method (gate logic). In wiring diagrams that contain the arrangement of the series of components used, and are intended to facilitate maintenance and repair of electrical systems, wiring diagrams can also speed up fault finding and shorten maintenance time. The structure of the programming algorithm contains the sequence of work processes on each component contained in the machine.
