Abstract

This article aimed to identify a data-based public administration governance strategy regarding the opportunities and challenges in today's digital era. The authors believe that choosing a strategy in managing data technology-based public administration services is part of the success of organizations, including the government, in serving public partnerships. So to ensure the truth of this article's questions, we have collected field study evidence to study in-depth so that we can get answers to this royal question with convincing and high quality. So that the chest can be said to be a finding, first, our data has been carefully studied, involving a coding system for data interpretation and drawing conclusions under a phenomenological approach, namely an effort to search for the broadest possible data to get answers that are concise and clear. The data sources that we focus on are scientific publications, journals, and other literature documents made public between 2010 and 2021 to find the data easily. Based on the study and discussion, we conclude that the effort to identify the right strategy for the government in managing public records is to provide data services on the internet, considering that all human activities, both business and public services, have been increasingly popularly adopted from the old way of talking about big data technology. It is hoped that this finding will become a significant input in improving studies on data-based public services.

Abstract

The social context in social media is determined by 'Business Budgeting on the Method Perspective' study of identifying problems at the level of social information services, through cost budgeting efforts in the context of rising inflation and elements of geopolitical instability manifested by buying and selling recession and social insecurity, especially for low-income residents. The purpose of this finding is to identify the problems of the current situation affecting the social status of citizens and the prospects for exploiting the costs of their evolution by introducing a quality index of social needs based on statistical and econometric forecasting methods. The alternative perspective method used is empirical, represented by special literature studies, data analytics, database consolidation, econometric modelling, prospective analysis, and economic forecasting. This social conceptualization in making rational discussions is determined by the degree of social security issues, prevention efforts in the context of creating inflation and elements of geo-political instability manifested by recession and social vulnerability, especially for residents with micro-regions. This study aims to identify the actual situation affecting the social status and the perspective of its evolution as an asset by introducing a social security index based on statistical and econometric prediction methods. This method uses natural experiences that represent specific literature studies and natural analysis, each of which 'business budgeting on the method perspective' consolidates the field of scholarly dates, field models of econometrics, prospective analysis and previous economics.

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the Expanded Public Works Program (EPWP), one of the ‘Driven Controls’ Re-Branding Customer key policy initiatives intended to ease the burden of poverty or unemployment on the poor and unskilled. Historically, such programs have been used as assistance during short-term crises. Lately, many ‘Driven Controls’ Customers have adopted it for long-term structural challenges. This program study in the G-20 government is intended to protect women and youth. This paper uses a mixed methodological approach to determine the active participation of women and youth in EPWP and their opportunities to transition to the labour marketplaces. This study also solicits the views of EPWP participants (see also, active and former) and officials to obtain information that is not included in the program's official report. Analytical procedures involve document analysis, focusing on EPWP reports from phases One (1) to Three (3) of the programs. This study proposes two propositions: the need for public-private partnerships to address the challenges of unemployment in the country because independent policies for the government or marketplace are inadequate; new program design that separates job seekers from social protection beneficiaries. In its current form, the EPWP is designed as a grassroots poverty trap.
