Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha peternakan kerbau di lokasi penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis, manfaat penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran kepada semua pihak termasuk peneliti untuk mengetahui hasil terkait usaha peternakan kerbau milik Bapak Wantono di Desa Dingil Kecamatan Jatirogo Kabupaten Tuban. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif, yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan membuat kesimpulan. Diperoleh 7 ekor kerbau jantan dan 45 ekor kerbau betina dan 14 anak kerbau yang dijadikan sampel. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah data primer, data sekunder, dan data online. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Investasi, Biaya Produki, Penerimaan, dan Pendapatan. Analisis usaha yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis R/C Ratio, Analisis BEP, dan Analisis Payback Period, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan modal atau total biaya sebesar Rp 772.460.000,00, penerimaan sebesar Rp 1.014.474.000,00/2 tahun, pendapatan usaha ternak Rp 241.964.000,00/2 tahun atau Rp 10.081.000,00 /bulan. Hasil analisis R/C Ratio sebesar 1,3, sedangkan hasil analisis BEP terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu BEP Unit sebanyak 13 unit dan BEP Harga sebesar Rp 2.232.444,00. Analisis payback period dalam peneliti adalah 6,3 tahun. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Peternakan kerbau lokal (bubalus bubalis) dengan sisitim gembala milik Bapak Wantono merupakan usaha peternakan yang sangat layak untuk dikembangkan, yang dapat dilihat dari pencapaiannya. Penulis menyampaikan saran agar usaha peternakan kerbau tersebut dapat mempertahankan hasil yang telah dicapai dan mengembangkan usaha peternakan kerbau ke skala yang lebih besar. Untuk lebih mengoptimalkan peternakan kerbau sistim gembala milik Bapak Wantono sebaiknya diberikan pakan tambahan, terutama pada musim kemarau agar produksinya lebih optimal.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find influence soaking in a mixture of salt solutions and ginger extract against a fat and protein contain of egg.This study was conducted in the laboratory of animal husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Kadiri Islamic University on 20 -26 June 2014 and eggs sample were analyzed the fat and the protein contain in the laboratory of biochemistry, MIPA Faculty, UMM on 27-30 June 2014. Methodology of this research used was the factorials method Completed Random Design (RAL). Research factors includes: immersion in a solution of salt, consisting of 2 level: G0: without additional salt; G1: by the addition of 15 %salt and factors soaking in ginger extract, consists of 4 level: J0: without additional ginger extract; J1: by the addition of 5% ginger extract, J2: by the addition of 10% ginger extract; J3: by the addition of 15% ginger extract.The total number of eggs required in this study was 96 egg. The results of the analysis showed that treatment of soaking in a mixture of salt solutions and ginger extract produce a fat and protein content of eggs with no significant different (P>0.05). The average of fat content (%) in each combination treatment: G0J0= 12,582 ± 0,160 ; G0J1= 11,782 ± 0,390 ; G0J2= 11,568 ± 0,331 ; G0J3= 10,894 ± 0,339 ; G1J0 = 12,640 ± 0,176 ; G1J1= 11,971 ± 0,142 ; G1J2= 11,392 ± 0,132 ; G1J3= 10,557 ± 0,473. The average of protein content (%) in each combination treatment: G0J0= 14,566 ± 0,218 ; G0J1= 14,651 ± 0,180 ; G0J2= 14,825 ± 0,098 ; G0J3= 15,003 ± 0,055 ; G1J0= 14,681 ± 0,075 ; G1J1= 14,909 ± 0,055 ; G1J2= 15,033 ± 0,082 ; G1J3= 15,062 ± 0,047. The conclusions of this research was not significantly different (P>0,05) use a mixture of salt solutions and dosage ginger extractin soaking egg against a fat and protein content.Suggested should be used combination treatment immersion in a solution of salt and 15% ginger extract to maintain a fat content and protein of egg and further investigation to determine the level of consumer test (organoleptic) of egg who received treatment in a solution of salt and ginger extract

Abstract

Urban communities in densely populated areas often face spiritual challenges due to the fast pace of life and limited access to religious education. This condition results in low literacy in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and results in worship that is less than compliant with Islamic law. This community service program aims to improve Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and establish a balance between worldly and spiritual life for urban communities in Kertosari and Karangrejo Villages, Banyuwangi. The methods used are participatory outreach and education through lectures, Q&A sessions, role-plays, and the use of information technology such as videos and infographics to simplify complex Islamic jurisprudence concepts. Mentoring involves studying the Taqrib book as a practical guide and the Bajuri book for deeper understanding, culminating in hands-on practice of ablution and prayer. The program results show a significant increase in community understanding of the requirements and pillars of worship. In addition to the spiritual impact of increased consistency in worship, this activity also strengthens social cohesion and solidarity among residents through collective activities such as completing the Quran and regular recitation. Overall, the contextual non-formal education approach has proven effective in improving the spiritual and social quality of society amidst the dynamics of urban life.
