Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai seperangkat rencana pendidikan, kurikulum dikembangkan menjadi perencanaan tertentu. Di peguruan tinggi perencanaan semester dibuat dosen berbentuk Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS). RPS dibuat berdasarkan Dokumen Kurikulum (DK) prodi yang disusun berdasarkan Standard Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SN Dikti) yang standarnya mengacu pada Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Standar tersebut berbentuk Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) sebagaimana lampiran Kemendikbud Nomor 03 tahun 2020. Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian isi antarkomponen RPS, antara RPS dengan DK, dan antara RPS dan DK dengan SN Dikti-KKNI, penelitian ini menganalisis sejumlah RPS buatan dosen di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia (PBI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan (1) sebagian RPS telah menunjukkan keutuhan namun sebagian lainnya masih belum menunjukkan hubungan yang utuh antarkomponennya; (2) RPS tersebut tidak sepenuhnya menggambarkan isi DK, ada yang meluas ada pula yang menyempit; dan (3) DK Prodi PBI dalam hal rumusan keterampilan tidak sepenuhnya menggambarkan rumusan keterampilan yang terdapat dalam SN Dikti yang berarti juga belum sepenuhnya menggambarkan KKNI. Kata kunci: RPS, DK PBI, SN Dikti, dan KKNI AbstractAs a pack of education plans. Curiculum was developed into a certain plan. In higher education, a semester plans was made by lectures in Semester Course Plan (RPS). RPS was made according to Curiculum Documents (DK) which is arrange based on National Higher Education Standard (SN Dikti)by a standard that reffering to Indonesia National Qualification Framework (KKNI). Those Standards shaped into Learning Achievement (CP), as attached in Education and Cultural Ministry number 03 Year 2020, to explore the match between the component among RPS, between RPS with DK, and between RPS, DK with SN Dikti-KKNI. This research aims to analyse a numbers of  RPS made by lectures of Bahasa Indonesia Educational Major (PBI). The analysis are showing (1) A part of RPS has performed integrity, yet the other half has not showing the fully connections between the components itself; (2) The RPS does not fully describe the contents of DK, some are widespread, and some are narrowed; and (3) DK in PBI Major in the prespecitve of Skill's Conspectus, doesn;t fully describe the conspectus consisted in SN Dikti, which also mean, not describing KKNI yet. Keyword : RPS, DK PBI, SN Dikti, and KKNI.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the representation of natural phenomena in Madurese proverbs as expressions of Madurese cultural identity. Madurese proverbs embody reflections of a worldview that emerges from the intense interaction between humans and a harsh, arid natural environment. Natural phenomena such as rain, drought, waves, and wind are employed as metaphors to convey moral, social, and behavioral values that shape the social order of the community. A qualitative approach using an ecolinguistic and anthropolinguistic framework was applied to interpret thirteen proverbs selected from Kamus Lengkap Bahasa Indonesia–Madura by Adrian Pawitra. The findings reveal that Madurese proverbs containing elements of natural phenomena function as a medium for internalizing values and ecological wisdom. First, moral values are reflected through natural symbols that emphasize the importance of honesty, perseverance, and patience. Second, social values are evident in proverbs that highlight balance, solidarity, and collective responsibility. Third, behavioral values are associated with work ethic, discipline, and adaptive capacity in facing life’s challenges. Madura proverbs capture local knowledge and life philosophy, presenting ecological wisdom that is essential for cultural preservation and value-based education.
