Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta dan UPSI Malaysia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah sharing informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing kepada para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Telaga Jonge dan pengurus Pokdarwis Jonge Raya. Sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Telaga Jonge mempunyai potensi yang bagus untuk dikembangkan dan diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat luas. Sebagian besar pengunjung Telaga Jonge masih didominasi oleh masyarakat lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2021 dengan jumlah peserta dari Indonesia sebanyak 35. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan baik secara offline maupun online. Hasil dari kegiatan, peserta pelatihan memahami tentang manfaat dan cara menggunakan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. Telaga Jonge juga sudah memiliki website sendiri walaupun masih sederhana yang dapat diakses melalui https://jongerayapokdarwis.wixsite.com/my-site. Pasca kegiatan dan dilakukan evaluasi, terjadi peningkatan jumlah konten yang dibuat melalui facebook, instagram, tik tok dan youtube tentang destinasi wisata Telaga Jonge. Sampai dengan bulan September 2021 jumlah konten meningkat sebanyak 221%. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap upaya untuk memperkenalkan Telaga Jonge secara global.

Abstract

Bank BPD DIY is one of the self-help tools in the banking industry, as a source of regional income, regional development revitalization, regional development acceleration, regional money management/regional money storage. Opening an account is a form of bank business to collect money from the community to ensure convenience . Therefore, it is very important to have guidelines in making savings. Aside from being a form of risk management, this deposit fulfillment manual aims to increase each employee's insight into bank financing products. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide training in preparing simple bookkeeping for Mengehah Micro Small Enterprises (MSMEs) at Bringharjo Market. This service partner involves 5 MSME players who have businesses on the left side of the Beingharjo market. The activities will be carried out on 18 September, 7, 15 October and 28 October 2023. Activities are carried out by visiting MSME partners one by one. The results of this service show that there are still many MSME players who do not know how to prepare simple bookkeeping. Therefore, the service provides assistance in preparing simple bookkeeping to make it easier to record financial reports and for the sustainability of the business of MSMEs at Bringharjo Market.

Abstract

The support for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) is carried out through two different activities focused on business legality and the introduction of simple bookkeeping. First, a mentoring program for the use of the Buku Warung app helps MSMEs manage financial reports flexibly and efficiently. Through this training, MSMEs can record finances via a mobile app instead of manually, allowing for more consistent and streamlined record-keeping. Second, a mentoring program for obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) guides MSMEs in understanding the importance of NIB and the process to acquire it, which can open up access to funding and boost their economic growth. These two programs aim to strengthen MSMEs’ capacity in operational efficiency and business legality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and firm size on the financial performance of companies. Financial performance is one of the main indicators of a company's success in maintaining competitiveness and attracting investors, especially in the banking sector. Good Corporate Governance is believed to be one of the important mechanisms that can influence the effective management of company resources, while firm size is often associated with the company's ability to manage assets and capital. The data in this study were obtained using the documentation method, which involves the collection and analysis of secondary data. This study uses financial report data from banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling method used in the data collection was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 99 banking sector companies. The results of the study show that the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee have no effect on the company's financial performance, while firm size has a significant effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide an understanding of making a Business Identification Number (NIB) and the application of Digital Marketing in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This service was carried out at Warung Soto Seger Bu Tini MSME located in Sumbersari Village, Moyudan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This activity was carried out using observation, training and evaluation methods directly to business actors consisting of 2 stages of activities, namely Making a Business Identification Number with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system and implementing digital marketing in the use of social media, making catalogs in the Canva application and digital payments (QRIS). As a result of this activity, business actors can get a Business Identification Number as proof of an official business license and obtain legal representation guarantees, as well as an increased understanding of MSME actors in using digital tools to market their products.

Abstract

The digital era has changed consumer behavior and the way of doing business, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article discusses social media optimization strategies to improve MSME marketing. By analyzing the development of social media and digital consumer behavior, this article presents practical recommendations for MSMEs to increase their awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. The approach used in this study is to conduct training and workshops involving professionals in the field of digital marketing. This study shows that social media optimization can be the key to increasing the competitiveness and success of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Recording financial reports is a common practice carried out by many business actors. However, MSMEs often consider it as less important. Therefore, a community service activity was held in the form of introduction and training in recording financial reports for MSMEs using the TemanBisnis application. This is caused by low knowledge, awareness and understanding of MSME actors regarding recording financial reports. This community service activity was carried out in Tulas Village, Karangdowo, Klaten. The service activities focused on 2 MSME subjects in Tulas Village who still use manual methods in recording their business financial reports. The methods applied in this service are surveys, training in recording financial reports using the TemanBisnis application, monitoring and evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this activity will make MSME players understand more about the importance of recording financial reports in business and understand how to record financial reports effectively and easily using smartphone-based applications such as the TemanBisnis application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit quality with audit tenure and KAP reputation indicators on company value in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data. The techniques used in this study are t-test analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 24 state-owned companies selected using the purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that audit tenure and KAP reputation do not have a significant effect on company value. Suggestions from this study such as for further researchers should add other variables that can affect company value, such as financial performance, profitability, or earnings management, etc.
