Abstract

Kepuasan pernikahan merupakan penilaian subjektif dari masing-masing individu terhadap mutu ataupun kualitas secara keseluruhan dalam pernikahannya. Kepuasan pernikahan akan berbeda pada pasangan yang sama-sama bekerja dengan pasangan yang hanya suami atau istri saja yang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang (15 pasangan suami istri). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen kepuasan pernikahan dan tergolong ke dalam typical performance test. Data penelitian dianalisis dan dideskripsikan dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan suami istri baik pada suami maupun istri sama-sama berada pada kategori tinggi pada seluruh aspek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian konselor diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan konseling sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pernikahan bagi pasangan suami istri yang bekerja melalui layanan informasi, layanan penguasaan konten, layanan konseling perorangan, dan layanan mediasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of students from non-intact families lacking self-confidence, thus causing him to be less able to see himself positively. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in self-concept of students from intact families and families not intact. This research is a quantitative type of research with a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of SMP 25 Padang in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 744 students. The total sample of 260 students (150 students from intact families and 110 students from non-intact families) was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage formula technique and formula t test with the help of SPSS for Windows 16. 0. The results revealed that (1) self-concept of students from intact families were in the high category (2) self-concept of students from non-intact families in the category quite high, and (3) there is a significant difference between the self-concept of students from intact families and non-intact families with a significant level of 0,000. Based on the results of the study it was suggested to counselors to be able to provide guidance and counseling services, information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services and group counseling services to students from non-intact families, in order to help students realize positive self-concepts.

Abstract

Individu yang terlahir di dunia tentunya memiliki bakat, akan tetapi bakat tersebut belum bisa diketahui secara spesifik dikarenakan masih berada pada tahap perkembangan awal. SeiringĀ  berjalannya waktu, individu dapat mengetahui bakat yang dimilikinya dan apabila ia mampu mengembangkan bakatnya maka ia memiliki suatu hal yang menjadi kebanggaan dirinya. Banyak ditemukan hambatan pada anak berbakat, salah satunya dalam penyesuaian sosial. Anak berbakat yang terlalu memfokuskan diriĀ  pada pengembangan bakatnya akan menjadi individu yang tidak mampu bersosialisasi dengan baik.

Abstract

LAPAS life is far from pleasant, all have rules and cannot do anything with looks. Because things that can make prisoners become frustrated and stressed. This is usually also caused by those who use them that cause them. Life experienced by prisoners is very limited and they must do anything that has been canceled by LAPAS

Abstract

Culture is a complete collection of customs, values, arts, knowledge, morality, rules, and other practices that are owned as human beings and as members of society by individuals. By a long process, namely through socialization and education, this can be realized. Education is the process by which each person is civilized, which is created by a great desire to learn, which is created to become a full member of a community, living and upholding the values expressed in a specific culture by a group of people. The most productive way is to conserve, preserve and disseminate culture by education. They both have a very close bond since they complement each other and encourage each other. A type of library research is the type of research used in this manuscript. The aim of the debate on the relationship between culture and education is to make people understand that culture and education are two sustainable things.
