Abstract

The purpose of this article is giving the basic concept of Islamic corporategovernance with the four leadership principles namely shiddiq, amanah, tablig, and fathanah. Next research and exploration about the conceptual of Islamic corporate governance is very important to be done because this research is still rare. The opportunity for future researcher in this topic is discussed in this paper.Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberi konsep dasar mengenai IslamicCorporate Governance dengan menggunakan empat prinsip kepemimpinan yaitu, siddiq, amanah, tablig, dan fathanah. Penelitian ini masih tergolong langka sehingga konsep islam perlu dilakukan. Kesempatan bagi peneliti dimasa mendatang dalam topic ini dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial ratio and stock price with Earning Per Share (EPS) as a moderating variable on manufacture companies which were listed in the Shariah Securities List. Financial ratio variables were used in this study as Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Size. This study based on Signaling Theory. This study used secondary data was obtained from ICMD and companies annual report. The samples of this study were 46 companies which were listed in Shariah Securities List in the period 2007-2013 and the number of observation was 322. The analysis which was used in this study Residual Test because of the existence of multicollinearity. The results showed that PER, EPS, and Size have the positive effect on stock price and PER, DER, CR, NPM, and Size have the effect on stock price jointly. Moderation testing showed that the higher EPS, the influence of NPM to stock price is getting stronger. The other variables in this study did not prove were moderated by EPS.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangandan harga saham dengan Earning Per Share(EPS) sebagai variabel moderasipada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Daftar Efek Syariah. Variabelrasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Size.Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Signaling Theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari ICMD dan annual report perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini 46 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada DES dengan periode 2007-2013 dengan jumlah observasi 322.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Residual karena dengan menggunakan Moderated Regression Anal ysi s(MRA) di temukan adal anya gejala multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PER, EPS, dan Size berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dan PER, DER, CR, NPM, dan Size secara bersamasama berpengaruh pada harga saham. Pengujian moderasi menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi EPS maka pengaruh NPM terhadap harga saham semakin kuat. Variabel lain dalam penelitian ini tidak terbukti dimoderasi oleh EPS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) dan perdagangan internasional terhadap produk domestic bruto di ASEAN. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data skunder yang di dapat dari website Word Bank. Metode analisis adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan metode fixed effect. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan hipotesis. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Last Square (OLS) dan diolah menggunakan eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) dan ekspor memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di ASEAN. FDI berperan sebagai sumber pendanaan penting untuk pembangunan, sementara ekspor mendorong peningkatan produksi, pendapatan, dan investasi.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the influence of financial literacy, type of work and Good Amil Governance (GAG) on interest in ZIS at BAZNAS Yogyakarta in 2024. The population taken in this research is muzaki who lives in DIY, who has distributed ZIS to BAZNAS DIY in 2024 , and has been registered with the Baznas Management System (SIMBA). The number of samples in this study was 95 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The research results showed that financial literacy has a positive effect on interest in ZIS at Baznas DIY, good amil governance has a positive effect on interest in ZIS at Baznas DIY partially and financial literacy, type of work and good amil governance have an effect on interest in ZIS at Baznas DIY. However, the type of work has no effect on ZIS interest in Baznas DIY. The implications of this research are that it is necessary to maintain and improve understanding of financial literacy through academic activities, outreach to the community and improving good amil governance in Baznas DIY through the principles of good amil governance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of collecting and distributing infaq funds at the Nurul Ashri Foundation Yogyakarta as an instrument for economic empowerment of the people. The focus of the article is to find out the model of collecting infaq of the Nurul Ashri Foundation, the distribution of infaq funds, and the economic empowerment of the ummah through infaq funds. This article uses a qualitative method with a field approach, where the researcher goes directly into observing and interacting with the subject to understand the phenomenon discussed. The research sample consisted of employees of the Nurul Ashri Foundation, Secretary, Treasurer, and Division Coordinator. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the collection and distribution of infaq funds at the Nurul Ashri Yogyakarta Foundation. Data analysis is carried out through four stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that the Nurul Asri Mosque develops a model of infak collection with social, digital, and transparent approaches, which increases public participation and trust. The Nurul Ashri Foundation distributes infak funds for educational, social, and religious purposes, with programs such as vegetable wholesale and educational scholarships that have a positive impact. In addition, infak funds are used for economic empowerment through borewell programs, skills training, entrepreneurship, and pre-marriage classes that strengthen the capacity of individuals and families.

Abstract

Every institution has their own culture which are differentiate them with the others. Work culture is a set of attitude, belief, values, and regulations which are determine how the employee interacts with the others. Furthermore, work family conflict is a conflict which is happened because of individual experiences incompatible between work and family roles. Employee who has this conflict cannot balance the role in work and family. Age in this research refers to millennial and non-millennial age. Millennial age is age under 40 and non-millennial age is age upper 40. Finally, employee engagement is a dedication and spirit of the employee to the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work culture and work family conflict to employee engagement with age as a moderating variable. The sample of this research is 150 employees in sharia financial services of Yogyakarta and area around Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique which is used in this research is multiple regression with split sample in age. Age is divided into millennial and non-millennial age. The results show that work culture has a positive effect on employee engagement in both of groups. Additionally, work family conflict has positive effect on employee engagement in non-millennial age and work family conflict has negative effect on employee engagement in millennial age.
