Abstract

Stock returns experience movements based on fluctuating stock prices. This research aims to identify whether there is a disparity in stock returns before the year-end holidays and after the end of the year on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is carried out by collecting data on stock prices before the end of the year and stock prices after the end of the year from December 2016 to January 2021 by taking daily data (closing prices). The method of analysis used was SPSS software with descriptive statistics, normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and t test by using Paired Sample t-test. The outcome exhibit that the data were normally dispersed with the value of Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed of 0.200. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test with the t test resulted in a significance value of 0.636. This research indicates that there is no significant contrast in stock returns before & after the year-end holidays.

Abstract

Environmental conditions in Indonesia and even in the world continue to deteriorate over time. The application of community education, especially for children to love the environment, is considered to be a positive thing that needs to be applied. Therefore, the aim of this research is to explore child-friendly methods by applying the 3R (reuse, reduce, recycle) concept which has an impact on the formation of good character for children, especially in the fields of creativity and love for the environment. In its implementation, this project takes place in collaboration with YFCC Indonesia and the CCE Community and takes place in the Kebagusan area with a total of 20-25 children. The analysis technique used is descriptive analytic obtained from observation and documentation during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that the learning method that is easy to understand by children and attractive in its presentation gives a positive impression and gets high enthusiasm from the children. In addition, the increase in creativity can also be seen due to the absence of restrictions in doing the assigned tasks so that children can be creative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran administrasi pada tiga lapisan di bawahnya, yakni kepemimpinan, manajemen, dan organisasi serta pendalaman akan lapisan tersebut terlebih dalam hal implementasi pada UKM IE dan pengukuran dilakukan dengan melihat kinerja UKM IE. Jenis analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif disertai teknik triangulasi dengan objek penelitian adalah UKM Inovasi Energi Universitas Pertamina tahun 2019. Kinerja UKM IE 2019 dilihat dari segi proses perkembangan program kerja dan perilaku administrasi yang telah dibangun. Pada penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa administrasi pada organisasi baru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan yang sangat fleksibel sehingga diperlukan adaptasi. Representasi oleh program kerja yang terealisasi melebihi target serta organisasi yang terus berkembang mendefinisikan bahwa administrasi pada UKM IE terlaksana dengan cukup baik meskipun organisasi baru. Keterlibatan seluruh SDM pada setiap lapisan bekerja dengan cukup baik dan menjalankan setiap fungsi dan tugas sesuai tanggung jawab yang diberikan menjadi faktor penting kesuksesan UKM IE. Sedangkan pada penelitian berikutnya diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel lain yakni faktor eksternal seperti regulasi dan kebijakan kampus pada dampak administrasi organisasi.
