Abstract

Through the passing of time the development of a smartphone increasing and facilities is many and it is developing , defects that occurred are also often occurs .So that the passenger crowds people to do service in various places .Expert system the diagnosis was undertaken with the aim to help the process the result the diagnoses damage to a smartphone so that they do not take a long time to make sure the result the diagnoses further .By using the method forward chaining and certainty factor , begins with information to in the form of real they were combined into a rule to produce a conclusion .The results of that which is inferred on a forward chaining and certainty factor could reach up to match the level of as much as 73,33 % compared with the result by renowned expert in .The number is already shows that this method suitable to help people.

Abstract

Artikel ini memuat tentang hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengalokasikan harga pokok produksi mebel untuk suatu produk. Menjaga produktivitas perusahaan merupakan upaya untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup satu perusahaan. Produktivitas perusahaan tergantung dari beberapa factor pendukung, salah satunya adalah menetapkan harga pokok produksi barang yang diproduksi sebagai salah satu langkah dalam mempertahankan strategi pemasaran produksi. Maka dari itu pihak perusahaan perlu menentukan harga pokok suatu barang karena memiliki peranan penting untuk pelaporan keuangan perusahaan sebagai acuan perhitungan untung dan rugi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Fuzzy Sugeno dengan menerapkan sistem inference metode Fuzzy Sugeno untuk menentukan harga produksi ini berdasarkan harga pokok dari bahan baku dan biaya overhead yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa MATLAB. Analisis data menghasilkan output dalam bentuk konstanta dan persamaan linier. Hasil pengujian menggunakan aplikasi MATLAB memberikan kesimpulan bahwa teknik inference Fuzzy Sugeno dapat digunakan untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi dari satu buah produk.
