Abstract

Informasi dan pelayanan merupakan masalah utama yang paling banyak ditemui,dimana informasi dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit dianggapmasih belum cukup, bahkan mengecewakan pasien. berdasarkan data dari Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI), 2011 menunjukan bahwa masih kurangnya tingkat kepuasan pasien di Indonesia terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit termasuk pelayanan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian informasi obat oral dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap bakung RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional, jumlah sampel 109 responden dengan teknik sampling secara accidental sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik kendal tau. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa pemberian informasi obat oral yang disampaikan perawat dalam kategori baik yaitu 95 (87,2%) responden dengan tingkat kepuasan sebagian besar menyatakan sangat puas yaitu sebanyak 56 (51,4%). Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian informasi obat oral dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap bakung RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta.Kata Kunci: Pemberian Informasi Obat Oral, Kepuasan Pasien.

Abstract

In hospital, the nurses not only give their service to patients, but they also expect the attention of the management of the hospital where she worked to motivate their work, in order to create optimal performance. This research employed a mixed method research with sequential explanory strategy model. Primary data were collected through in depth interview and used questionnaires. The population is all nurses in PKU Muhammadiyah hospital of Yogyakarta unit II, the sample is 51 nurses to answer the questionnaires and 4 nurses as the informants for the interview since July 2014. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of nurses were reviewed by three dimensions according to the needs of Alderfer’s ERG theory of motivation. The results showed that the majority of nurses work motivation level was as high as many as 49 nurses with a percentage 96.00% and 2 nurses with a percentage 4.00% of nurses with low motivation levels. In descriptive terms of work motivation nurses were categorized high in ERG theory. The conclusion was that the level of motivation of the cnurses the inpatient at ward PKU Muhammadiyah hospital of Yogyakarta unit II analyzed by three dimensional according to the needs of Alderfer’s ERG theory of motivation is high.

Abstract

 Free sex is sexual relations that are carried out outside of marriage, either consensual or in the world of prostitution, such as intimate peace, making out, to having sexual contact, but this behavior is considered not in accordance with the norm because adolescents do not have experience about sexuality. In Indonesia, there are around 4.5% of male youth and 0.7% of female adolescents aged 15-19 who admit to having had premarital sex. In adolescents aged 15-19 years, the largest proportion is for the first time at the age of 15-17 years. Approximately 33.3% of female adolescents and 34.5% of male adolescents aged 15-19 years began to become aware when they were not yet 15 years old. The record for the cumulative number of sufferers of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) until 2017 by the Magelang City AIDS Commission (KPA) was 126 sufferers. Consists of 93 HIV, 33 AIDS and 26 of them died. This community service activity has the aim of providing health education related to the importance of the dangers of free sex in adolescents and prevention of free sex in this digitalization era. The activity was attended by 35 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakis. The method used in this community service activity is the joint discussion technique. The results of measuring the prevention of free sex in adolescents in the digitalization era before and after the socialization was given, it was found that around 95% of participants understood the prevention of free sex in adolescents in the digitalization era Keywords: Teenager, Free Sex, Digitalization
