Abstract

Discussions about Islam and Pancasila are always accompanied by a slightly sensitive nuance. Sometimes there are contents that contain conflict and lead to political action in a certain direction. Even since the beginning of independence, this dialectic gave rise to a long enough dispute, almost a stumbling block to Indonesia's independence. Can not be denied until now, the theme is also still often discussed. Armed with that, this article unravels the study of Pancasila with philosophical reasoning, which is to see internal and external factors that affect it. It appears that the birth of Pancasila based on the excavation of the nation will characterize the heritage and heritage of Indonesia. Moreover, the external conditions that are being overwhelmed by the fear of the tragedy of the collapse of the Islamic Caliphate and the World War. So Pancasila is present as a basic alternative to a country that tries to be neutral and contains local content. It also confirms Indonesian Muslims to become Islamic Nationalists.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a country which has Muslims of the major society. Unfortunately, getting a lot of conflict cases. When Indonesia gets conflicts, the Gospel of Islam and the Muslims always is blamed as the cause. Although, Islam gets the history of getting peace in practice of The Constitution of Medina. Consequently, the researcher discusses The Constitution Of Medina And A Resolution Conflict In Indonesia . The research is library research which uses the analysis method to content analysis. The research discovers that principle of The Constitution of Medina were Quran and Sunnah as the agreement inspiration; social unity; freedom of religion and movement; deliberation and autonomous leadership; helpful; humanity and social justice; and state sovereignty. Then, patterns of a resolution conflict of The Constitution of Medina that can become reference for Indonesia is dialog, tolerance and cooperation

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion that has given the status of women, including in matters of politics. The story of the queen Bilqis delivered the Koran is one proof that there are women who participate in the political domain to become head of state. Male female equality has been clearly established, although not pulgar but very elegant. The position of women in Islam has been placed in a fair, egalitarian, and respectable. Historically, women are also much involved in the political sphere as political actors by allegiance to the prophet, or participate in a joint struggle of the men on the battlefield. So based on the rules that have been established al-Quran and Hadith and historical legitimacy can be argued that political Islam is very appreciative of women, and women have equal footing with men in politics.
