Abstract

Menjamurnya media sosial member manfaat diantara adalah menyampaikan informasi tentang perkembangan virus corona yang terjadi belahan dunia sementara negara lain sudah mengantisipasi agar tidak meluas melalui pemberitaan lewat media sosial. Atas dasar latar belakang tersebut penulis tertarik untuk mengangkat kedalam sebuah penelitian tentang Kontribusi Media Sosial terhadap Kebijakan Publik Pemerintah Indonesia dalam Penanganan Covid-19. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana peran media sosial dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap kebijakan publik pemerintah Indonesia dalam penangan covid-19. Maka metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka, dengan tehnik analisis terhadap 74 media sosial yang telah terverifikasi oleh dewan pers Indonesia. Adapun batasan permasalahan yakni menganalisis pemberitaan media sosial di Indonesia dari bulan Desember sampai bulan Mei 2020. Adapun hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan kajian pustaka adalah, media memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam hal kebijakan yang diambil Pemerintah Indonesia dalam hal penanganann covid-19 yakni terdapat 62.160 kali penyiaran berita selama enam bulan dimulai dari bulan Desember sampai bulan Mei 2020 yang kemudian melahirkan kebijakan publik berupa Peraturan Presiden tentang pembentukan gugus tugas Covid-19, pemakaian masker ketika keluar rumah, Pembatasan Skala Besar-Besaran, hingga persiapan vaksinasi dan lainnya.

Abstract

Utilization of Village assets is indirectly used in the context of carrying out village government duties and does not change ownership status. Permendagri No.1 Tahun 2016 village is a legal community unit that has the authority to manage and manage government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives. With the advancement of data collection technology village assets pursued in the form of digitalization in the form of buildings, land or the others. Kepenghuluan (Village Office) Sri Kayangan in managing village assets is still conventional which is recorded in the book. With the application of the system that was built, the archives of all the assets of the village of Keprihuan Sri Sri could be audited properly.

Abstract

The community finding a place for health services is difficult, so a research was conducted in the form of creating a puskesmas map application to assess the puskesmas in Labuhanbatu Regency. Since this research has gone well, Labuhan Regency people can know the information and help them find health centers faster after this webgis is installed. Study of the life cycle of system development using SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) using UML to design spatial information systems to help solve problems. This will help the public to locate the nearest health center.

Abstract

Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat is an Indonesian convenience store chain with numerous locations. Based on data from top brands from 2014 to 2018, we discovered that the market share of powder detergent is uncertain each year. Powder detergent companies must understand consumer desires and monitor the position of their products on a regular basis in order to anticipate market share changes.Data is cleaned by removing capital letters and punctuation marks, followed by feature extraction. Feature Extraction aims to perform calculations and comparisons that can be used for the classification of an image. Nave Bayes is a method or stage of data processing with the nave bayes method. The Naive Bayes classifier is a method of classifying based on Bayes'' tyrannology. It uses probability and statistical methods first put forward by Thomas Bayes. The classification model is then assessed to determine its accuracy and performance in computer science.Data set is data that has been changed in the form of tabulation from research data into excel form. After the data is processed by the naïve bayes method, the confusion matrix is obtained as follows. It can be known the factors that consumers use in choosing detergent products are the fragrance factor, price, foam produced, and the effect on the hands.Machine learning, specifically Nave Bayes, will be used in this research methodology. The Naive Bayes classifier is a method of classification rooted in Bayes'' theorem. A confusion matrix is a table that contains many rows of test data that the classification model predicts to be true or false. Process data mining can be made up of any number of nested operators that are described in XML files and built using RapidMiner.
