Abstract

The age limit of marriage according to Law number 1 of 1974 provides space for anyone to marry underage, this is a dynamic for Indonesia, especially Subang Regency with the highest number of underage marriages and high divorce and domestic violence (KDRT), therefore research This aims to see how the implementation of the Marriage Law No. 16 of 2019 prevents early childhood marriages in Subang Regency. Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are business entities that can be useful in helping the economy of rural communities. Cibitung Village, Ciater District, Subang Regency is a village that has promising business potential. The village already has a BUMDes with the name BUMDes Anugerah. However, the BUMDes has been deactivated because the permit has expired. During this period of service, the author conducted counseling on the importance of BUMDes for the village economy. The counseling activity was carried out in the local village hall. After conducting the counseling process, the author advocated with the village community, village government and BUMDes managers to provide assistance regarding the fulfillment of BUMDes permits. Based on the results of the BUMDes Anugerah deliberation, the name was changed to BUM Desa Mekar Sejahtera Cibitung. Then proceed with the preparation of the BUMDes Articles of Association and Bylaws, Making BUMDes TIN, BUMDes Name Decree from the Ministry of Villages, and BUMDes Legal Entity Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. By doing this activity. Received a positive response from various parties

Abstract

Simple lawsuits in Indonesia are used formally in the Supreme Court Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Claims (PERMA Number 4 of 2019), which is a provision of Article 1 point 1. A simple lawsuit is defined as a settlement procedure in civil cases with certain conditions and limitations that aim to simplify the process of examining cases before a court of law so that the settlement is faster and is specifically applied to contract disputes (default/default) and claims for losses due to unlawful acts. . The general principle in settling a case in court is as explained in Article 2 paragraph (4) of Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power which requires that trials be carried out simply, quickly and at low cost. This study aims to find out about the implementation of simple lawsuits in the District Court from the perspective of legal certainty. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a normative juridical approach. The sources of data used in this research are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. All data obtained and collected is then used and understood the truth that has been obtained from research results to look for relationships between one another

Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a state governed by law, as stated in Article 1, paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. Law, as a binding regulation, aims to create justice, certainty, and benefit in society. In the context of criminal law, these rules regulate prohibited or mandatory actions, with sanctions for violators. The enforcement of criminal law aims to protect individual rights and establish social order. One frequently occurring issue is violence by motorcycle gangs, such as assault, which is regulated under Article 170 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP). Abstract

The government has mandated that every worker has equal employment rights and opportunities to choose, obtain, or change jobs and earn a decent income domestically or abroad. Despite the opportunities offered, working abroad also has its risks and challenges for migrant workers, such as exploitation, discrimination, unsafe working conditions, and legal and immigration issues. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out how legal protection is for Indonesian Migrant Workers based on Government Regulation Number 59 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a normative juridical approach through the library research stage with data collection techniques through secondary data. The lack of activity by the central and regional governments in formulating policies regarding the eradication of illegal Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Companies is one of the causes of the problem in legal protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers.
