Abstract

SUHEP lamps are designed as an alternative lighting during the day for a closed room. The research method used in the form of an experiment in the difference in the concentration of bleach in SUHEP lamps to produce lighting that meets the standards of 100 - 250 Lux. Tool for measuring the value of light intensity is a luxmeter and the resistance value at 5 mm and 12 mm LDR using an avometer. The relationship of light intensity with resistance is influenced by several factors namely the smaller the size of the LDR is, the greater value of resistance is because the surface area of the light intensity is getting smaller. Another influencing factor is the greater the room temperature value is, the greater the value of the light intensity is. The comparison of the concentration of bleach to water also shows the greater concentration of bleach is, the smaller the intensity of the light is although this is also very sensitively influenced by the weather. Based on the results of the research it is found that each sample of the light intensity of the SUHEP lamp ranges from 172 - 201 lux and the value of the resistance produced by 5 mm LDR ranges from 800 - 1200 Ohm while by 12 mm LDR, resistance value ranges from 600 - 800 Ohm. From the research results it can be concluded that the ideal concentration between bleach and water in the SUHEP Lamp is 5%: 95% for 201 lux.

Abstract

The learning process in the post-pandemic era still relies on digital technology called e-learning. This shows that the need for e-learning teaching materials is still in great demand. This research is motivated by teachers who are members of the Physics Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) in Karawang Regency, requiring training on several learning media updates, especially learning videos that are deemed appropriate as e-learning teaching materials that are digital and flexible so that they support the e-learning process. effective and efficient learning. Therefore, the Abdimas Team carried out a program that aims to improve the ability of teachers in compiling materials, recording themselves, editing videos and utilizing Filmora X software into physics learning videos. The methods used in the implementation of this program are training, discussion and mentoring. Based on the results of the questionnaire, after 3 days the participants took part in the teacher's ability and knowledge training increased by 80% and there was a positive response in making learning videos using Filmora X software.

Abstract

Pengaruh beban kerja cukup dominan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia yang bersifat mental dan fisik. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat performansi kerja yang baik perlu dilakukannya pengukuran kinerja pada setiap perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja untuk memperhitungkan kebutuhan karyawan agar dapat memenuhi target produksi dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja setiap pekerja nya agar kinerja yang di lakukan memenuhi target yang maksimal untuk perusahaan. PT Raja Ampat Indotim merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi alat-alat mesin perontok padi pertanian, Sistem produksi perusahaan PT.Raja Ampat Indotim yaitu make to order. Dalam memproduksi mesin perontok padi tersebut terjadi penumpukan pada sisi permintaan produk. Dari permintaan pesanan dan kemampuan produksi PT Raja Ampat Indotim terlihat bahwa terjadi penumpukan permintaan yang tidak terpenuhi oleh Perusahaan ini. Melalui pengukuran beban kerja pegawai, maka akan diketahui apakah beban kerja seorang pegawai sudah optimal atau sudah berlebihan, dimana akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja pegawai yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode DRAWS diketahui variabel score Input Demand sebesar 24,17%, Output Demand Sebesar 24,86 dan Control Demand Sebesar 53,27% rata rata keseluruhan 4 pekerja bersifat overload (>60%) dan 2 pekerja bagian produksi bersifat optimal load (41%-60%). Untuk posisi kerja yang baik dan aman, peneliti mengusulkan pada bagian produksi agar pada saat bekerja dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan, sehingga dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan minim menimbulkan keluhan rasa sakit atau cidera yang berlebihan pada seluruh karyawan bagian produksi.

Abstract

Matlab is one of the supporting media for learning motion physics in the Informatics engineering program at Indraprasta PGRI University. The purpose of using Matlab in learning physics as an application of physics material on computer-based learning media. The method of introducing Matlab in motion physics courses is the practice of making physics calculator applications using GUI (Graphical User Interface) and program code on temperature conversion material by students. Matlab software is easy to install on laptops and PCs so that hybrid learning-based motion physics meetings can be done anywhere. By making a physics calculator on temperature conversion material, it is hoped that informatics engineering students can be interested in studying physics both in theory and practice.

Abstract

Post-Pandemic and Industry 4.0 era accelerates the change of community trends, especially in how to pay when transactions of goods and services are increasingly cashless, increasingly online shopping activities with e-commerce to public service and business processes that are increasingly optimizing digital adoption. The digital security process is very fundamental today because it is very vulnerable to malware attacks, hackers to social engineering to seize accounts from the original owner. Today's digital security systems such as OTP (One Time Password) that are sent via SMS, WA and Voice have met the TFA (Two Factors Authentifications) standards are considered to still have a susceptibility to hijacking fraud account because often the OTP code is not sent to Users within a certain time limit. At present each domestic cellular operator has developed a Security System Verification and Authentification using API API connection between Merchant Applications and Users Handset (Smartphone) Users and Databases on Cellular Operators, this service is known as Phone Number Verification better so that it can meet the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentifications) standards.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas dapat ditempuh melalui  tingkat Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi karena semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikannya maka wawasan akan ilmu pengetahuan semakin luas serta dapat menerapkan teknologi. Salah satu usaha mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas yaitu dengan menanamkan minat melanjutkan studi ke jenjang  perguruan tinggi kepada siswa. Namun terlebih dahulu, siswa harus melewati tahap Ujian Sekolah (US) dan SNPMB. Soal-soal ujian yang dirasa kian sulit oleh siswa karena sudah diwajibkan berstandar HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) meyebabkan siswa kurang tertarik untuk belajar keras menghadapi US dan SNPMB, terutama mata pelajaran Fisika. Usaha yang sebaiknya dilakukan guru dan orang tua untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa adalah dengan memberikan motivasi dan pendalaman materi, selain itu juga memberikan informasi terkait perguruan tinggi dan persiapan mengikuti ujian masuk perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa Motivasi dan sosialisasi pengembangan  modul fisika berbasis soal HOTS yang dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam persiapan menghadapi US dan SNPMB. Dalam kegiatan ini kami juga memberikan motivasi dan trik dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal fisika kepada guru dan siswa kelas XII SMAN 26 Jakarta. Dengan adanya modul fisika siswa lebih mudah dalam belajar mandiri baik di rumah maupun di sekolah.
