Abstract

Along with the increasing volume of information security attacks in Indonesia, it takes the Information Secur!ty Response Team to deal with the threats. Related matter, Carnegie Mellon University established the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), which is currently spread throughout the world. Currently in Indonesia have had two information security incident response team, which is ID-SIRTII and CERT ID. Both teams did not have a coordinated response and a efektip command line. Thus the required institutional Information Security Response Team effective in Indonesia. In this research examined the factors that influence the institutional formation of the Information Security Response Team. This study was carried out qualitative and analytical methods are discussed in perspective analysis. Results from this study are the factors that influence the institutional of Information Security Response Team.

Abstract

This study aims to observe the readiness of Implementation Information Security Governance either in government agencies or regional ministerial level for the implementation of e-government. The analysis in this study was done by mapping the information security aspects of Indonesian e-Government Ranking index (index PeGI). The results of this study had concluded that using a framework of information security aspects index that is mapped to the Indonesian e-Govenment Ranking index is helpful to see the readiness of government information security.

Abstract

AbstractThe growth of the online world of commerce (internet), also known as e-commerce, is growing very rapidly in the last twenty years. This phenomenon then moved the emergence of a digital economy. This trend will change the development of the world of business, commerce, economy, and ultimately revolutionize people's lives. The development of various startup companies that are starting to mushroom in Indonesia can also be seen to be closely following this trend, although not all of them can grow to as big as companies that have become examples of international success. It takes a mature strategy to be able to develop a business on a platform basis. On the government side, it needs the right policies to support the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia and provide great benefits to the nation. This study aims to provide appropriate recommendations for the government and other stakeholders in making policies related to the business revolution platform as a driver of the digital economy in Indonesia. This study was conducted qualitatively through literature studies. The output of this study produced recommendations for policies related to the business revolution in the digital economy era.AbstrakPertumbuhan dunia komersial berbasis online (internet), dikenal juga sebagai e-commerce, berkembang sangat pesat dalam dua puluh tahun terakhir. Fenomena ini kemudian menggerakkan munculnya ekonomi digital. Tren seperti inilah yang akan mengubah perkembangan dunia bisnis, perdagangan, ekonomi, dan pada akhirnya akan merevolusi kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan berbagai perusahaan startup yang mulai menjamur di Indonesia juga bisa dilihat sangat mengikuti tren ini, walaupun belum semuanya dapat berkembang menjadi sebesar perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah menjadi contoh sukses di dunia internasional. Dibutuhkan strategi yang matang untuk dapat mengembangkan sebuah Bisnis dengan basis platform. Pada sisi pemerintah, perlu kebijakan yang tepat untuk mendukung tumbuh kembangnya ekonomi digital di Indonesia dan memberikan manfaat yang besar kepada bangsa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam membuat kebijakan terkait dengan revolusi bisnis platform sebagai penggerak ekonomi digital di Indonesia. Kajian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui studi literatur. Keluaran dari kajian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan terkait dengan revolusi bisnis di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Information security incident is a form of attack on the security of information that can occur in all sectors. The government sector is one of the targets of information security incidents. Central Government Information Security Incident Handling was established with the aim to address all forms of attacks on information security in government sector. The sustainability Central of Government Information Security Incident Handling (GovCSIRT) needs to be supported with information system infrastructure that's sophisticated and sufficiently. This research aims to create an information system strategic planning at the Center for Government Information Security Incident Handling. Implementation of Information Systems in an organization must adapt to the vision, mission, goals and needs of the organization. Therefore, the Information Systems Strategic Planning at the Government Information Security Management Center must be performed using appropriate methodologies. There are a wide variety of methodologies in information systems Strategic Planning. This study used a Cassidy methodology which is developed by Annita Cassidy. These results are used as input in the development of infrastructure or basic Information Systems Security Management Center Information Government to realize the use of ICT in a safe and convenient administration. The results of this research is used as input or recommendation in the development of the Government Information Security Incident Response Center to actualize the use of ICT in government that is safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Fenomena Ekonomi digital lahir dan berkembang seiring perkembangan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang juga semakin mengglobal di dunia. Gelombang ekonomi digital hadir dengan topografi yang landai, inklusif, dan membentangkan ekualitas peluang. Karakteristik ini memiliki konsep kompetisi yang menjadi spirit industri yang dengan mudah terangkat oleh para pelaku startup yang mengutamakan kolaborasi dan sinergi. Saat ini pemerintah sedang mencanangkan strategi agar Indonesia dapat menjadi sebagai komunitas ekonomi digital terbesar pada 2020 di Asia Tenggara. Salah satu landasan pembangunan nasional dalam pencanangan ini adalah sektor digital. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, diperlukan strategi dan peta jalan membuka akses berbagai macam sektor bisnis agar masuk, bergabung, dan memperkuat bangunan ekosistem ekonomi digital. Salah satunya dengan mengetahui potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di Indonesia serta studi banding mengenai perdagangan secara elektronis negara-negara lain. Tidak dipungkiri beragam masalah dalam pencapaian target ini cukup banyak, diantaranya perubahan model bisnis berbagai sektor dari konvensional ke digital. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai fenomena ekonomi digital dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah beserta para pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi digital di Indonesia.
