Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between procedural and informational justice and interpersonal deviations. Specifically, this study hypothesizes that: (a) There is a negative relationship between procedural justice and interpersonal deviation behavior, (b) There is a negative relationship between informational justice and interpersonal deviationbehavior. To test the hypothesis, SPSS was used to analyze survey data from 124 hospital nurses at public private hospitals in Yogyakarta. The results show that all hypotheses are proven. And furthermore, this study produces suggestions both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the balance of work and school life. The population in this study were Postgraduate students at Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. While the analytical tool used is a partial and simultaneous regression test with the help of SPSS. The results of this study conclude that work demands, working hours, overtime work, work demands, parental status, family size, supervisor support and work autonomy simultaneously have a significant effect on student work-life balance. Partially, job demands, working hours, parental status, family size and support from supervisors have no effect on work-life balance. Meanwhile, overtime work, family demands and work autonomy have a significant effect on the work-life balance of students. This research will be useful for candidates and students who integrate work and school for the success of their studies, for policy makers, namely managers of colleges and workplace institutions and also useful for future researchers who are expected to follow up on the results of this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari konflik kerja serta stress kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Warung Spesial Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta . Untuk menguji hipotesis, dilakukan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Seratus data survei dikumpulkan dari karyawan di kantor pusat Waroeng Khusus Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik konflik kerja maupun stress kerja secara parsial dan sumultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Jika tingkat konflik dan stres kerja yang rendah, maka akan meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas kerja. Sebaliknya, jika konflik dan stres kerja tinggi, tingkat produktivitas kerja akan menurun. Impilkasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi kepada Kantor Pusat Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dengan mengurangi tingkat konflik kerja dan stres kerja yang terjadi di perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation on the performance of all permanent academic staff employesss as UAD Yogyakarta. The population of this study consists of all staff members in campus one, campus two, campus three, campus four, and campus five at UAD Yogyakarta. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula because the population is known with certainty. The sample in this study consists of 197 staff members at UAD Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is random sampling as a method of data collection. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performnce, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The three variabels, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of this study are expected to contributi to the theory and practice of organizations in improving performance.
