Abstract

Abstract: Multimedia is the use of computers to create and combine text, graphics, audio, video and animation to incorporate tools that allow users to navigate, interact, create and communicate. At the present time have been able to develop a multimedia information process to be more dynamic and effective documentary is the development of the concept of non - fiction films in the documentary which contains the facts and contains the subjectivity of the author, meaning that what is on the record is based on facts. Based on the observation of the author to the public, most people considered the motorcycle community as well as a motorcycle gang. Public less sympathetic to the existence of the motorcycle community disturbing public order. The purpose of this research is to give an explanation of what is called the motorcycle community will obey traffic rules through a good documentary so that people will understand the real sense of community motors goal is to give an explanation of what is called the motorcycle community will obey traffic rules through a good documentary so that people will understand the real sense of community motors.   Abstrak: Multimedia adalah penggunaan komputer untuk membuat dan menggabungkan teks, grafik, audio, video dan animasi dengan menggabungkan tool yang memungkinkan pemakai melakukan navigasi, berinteraksi, berkreasi dan berkomunikasi. Pada masa sekarang ini multimedia telah dapat mengembangkan proses penyampaian informasi menjadi lebih dinamis dan efektif Film dokumenter adalah perkembangan dari konsep film non fiksi  dimana dalam film dokumenter mengandung fakta dan mengandung subyektivitas para pembuatnya, artinya bahwa apa yang di rekam memang berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Berdasarkan observasi penulis kepada masyarakat yaitu,komunitas motor dianggap kebanyakan orang sama halnya sebagai geng motor. Masyarakat kurang simpatik dengan keberadaan komunitas motor yang dianggap mengganggu ketertiban umum.  Tujuan penilitian ini adalah memberi penjelasan mengenai apa yang dinamakan komunitas motor yang taat akan peraturan lalulintas melalui film dokumenter yang baik agar masyarakat paham akan pengertian komunitas motor yang sebenarnya
