Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengkajian resep merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam peresepan untuk mengurangi terjadinya medication error. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persentase dan kelengkapan resep, persyaratan farmasetik, administrasi, pada resep rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi /Apotek RSUD Pandan pada bulan Januari-Juni 2019. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif. Metoda pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan random sampling, didapatkan sebanyak 400 lembar resep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan resep resep secara administrasi yaitu data pasien yang meliputi nama pasien 100%,tanggal lahir 47,9,jenis kelamin 84,3,berat badan 0%,tinggi badan 0%. Keterangan dokter meliputi nama dokter 100%,SIP dokter 100%,Paraf dokter 100%,tanggal resep 93%. Secara farmasetik yaitu nama 100%, bentuk sedian 97,8%,jumlah obat 99,2% aturan dan cara penggunaan 85,4%, kesesuaian formularium 99,6%.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa resep pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli-Tengah masih banyak ditemukan adanya ketidak sesuaian dalam penulisan resep menurut PERMENKES RI No.72 tahun 2016. Abstract

Rational Use Of Medicine (RUM) or known as Rational Use of Medicine (POR) is a campaign that is spread throughout the world, also in Indonesia. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the rationality of the use of NSAIDs in osteoarthritis patients who seek treatment at the Pematangsiantar Army Hospital. This research was carried out on outpatients at the Pematangsiantar City Army Hospital for the April-June 2021 period . Research data collection was carried out in July-August 2021. Rationality in terms of 5 accuracy (right diagnosis, right indication, right drug, right dose and right patient) then we get the results of the analysis that some of the accuracy is 100% correct, while for the right drug parameter it is still worth 52%. So it can be concluded that treatment for Osteoarthritis patients when viewed from the right diagnosis, right indication, right dose, right patient, right drug, right method of administration at the Pematangsiantar City Army Hospital still cannot be fully said to be rational.
