Abstract

Crime is a problem faced by humans from time to time. Talking about crime, especially murder, continues to experience growth accompanied by style and shape are very diverse, from the most simple to very sophisticated. Sometimes the killing was done in ways that vicious as first tortured, burned and even mutilation. Becomes an interesting thing because mutilation is a murder followed by shredding the victim's body up into multiple parts made with the aim to destroy evidence. Not only that, the issue of sanctions against the perpetrators of criminal acts of mutilation murders under construction in the Indonesian criminal law there is no definite rules. Article which is often used as a legal basis for the criminal murder mutilation is Article 338, 340 and 351 Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of death, sometimes as an alternative to imprisonment. While the Islamic criminal law sanctions for deliberate murder is Qisas. And the impact of the crime of murder mutilation is very large, in addition to sadistic perpetrator in treating the bodies of the victims, but also causes damages to the family of the slain of the two sides, they lose those who earn a living, and his heart was sad at the loss of loved ones. Abstract

AbstrakAhkam berasal dari bahasa Arab yang merupakan jamak dari kata hukum dan khamsah artinya lima. Oleh karena itu, gabungan kedua kata dimaksud al-ahkam al-khamsah atau biasa juga disebut hukum taklifi. Hukum taklifi adalah ketentuan hukum yang menuntut para mukallaf(aqil-baligh) atau orang yang dipandang oleh hukum cakap melakukan perbuatan hukum baik dalam bentuk hak, kewajiban, maupun dalam bentuk larangan. Apabila orang ingin mempelajari Islam dari sudut disiplin ilmu hukum, ia tidak mungkin menggunakan western approach yang sudah terbiasa semata-mata mengkaji kondisi dan pengaruh tipe tertentu dari sikap prilaku sosial yang penuh dengan prasangka.Kata Kunci: Al-ahkam al khamsah, Hukum Islam, syariah, PerbandinganAbstractAhkam comes from Arabic which is the plural of the word law and khamsah meaning five. Therefore, the combination of the two words referred to al-ahkam al-khamsah or commonly also called taklifi law. Taklifi law is a legal provision that requires the mukallaf (aqil-baligh) or people who are seen by the law to be capable of carrying out legal actions in the form of rights, obligations and prohibitions. If one wants to study Islam from the perspective of the discipline of law, it is not possible to use a western approach that is accustomed to merely examining the conditions and effects of certain types of attitudes of social behavior that are full of prejudice.Keywords: Al-ahkam al khamsah, Islamic law, sharia, comparison

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to elaborate on curriculum implementation and assessment at SMPN 29 in Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The research results show that the existence of the curriculum at SMPN 29 Jakarta is very important in the world of education because of its very strategic position in all aspects of educational activities. Based on all views from various angles regarding the notion of curriculum, the notion of curriculum can be organized into two, namely: the first curriculum is a number of content plans, which are a number of learning stages designed for students with educational institution guidelines in the form of static or dynamic processes and competencies. And secondly, the curriculum is the entire experience under the guidance and direction of the educational institution that brings it into learning conditions. The concept of curriculum and assessment at SMPN 29 Jakarta is seen as a learning plan for students or a set of goals to be achieved.
