<![CDATA[AbstractTrading activities in the community has been growing rapidly, one of which is influenced by the development of internet based technology know as e-commerce. With the development of technology will cause a lot of legal issues that can occur through electronic media or the internet so as to cause damage to the party who has made a transaction through the media, one of them defaults in e-commerce transactions.Issues in the article is about how the legal protection of creditors if the debitor in default in e-commerce transactions in the review of the civil code (KUHPerdata), PP No82 of 2012 concercing the implementation of systems and electronic transactions, and UU No 11 of 2008 about the information and electronic transactions. AbstrakKegiatan perdagangan di masyarakat telah berkembang pesat yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh teknologi yang dikenal dengan sebutan e-commerce. Dengan perkembangan teknologi tersebut akan mengakibatkan permasalahan hukum yang dapatterjadi melalui media elektronik atau internet tersebut sehingga menimbulkan kerugian bagi para pihak yang telah melakukan transaksi melalui media tersebut, salah satunya wanprestasi dalam transaksi e-commerce. Permasalahan dari artikel ini adalah tentang bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum terhadap kreditur jika debitur melakukan wanprestasi dalam transaksi e-commerce ditinjau dari KUHPerdata, Peraturan Pemerintah RI No 82 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik, dan UU No 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.]]>
