Abstract

The program of stimulus community partnership aims to expand the market share and develop the human resources quality for the partner, it is the UKM of Keripik Tempe ‘86”, Tahunan Village, Sale District, Rembang Regency. The activities carried out including training, facilitating and accompanying. Training is carried out in two stages. The first training stage includes the material such as, business management, financial administration, business motivation, product packaging, product photograph techniques, and product innovation. The second training stage includes the material such as, e-commerce, making data base and sales transaction. Facilitation program is carried out by facilitating web creation. Activity for expanding market share is carried out by PKMS team with the purpose that the partner is able to manage web in order to expand the market share, also able to carry out financial administration well. The result of the activity shows that: (1) There is an enhancement of partnership managerial capability from business management or financial administration, (2) Partner is able to manage e-commerce media to input product data, and sales transaction, (3) Partner has capability to carry out online selling transaction.

Abstract

These community service activities are carried out in the Tahunan Village, Sale District, Rembang. The existence of arts groups in the village still requires assistance from human resource such as trainer. Therefore, this service aims to 1) strengthen the position of the arts group to be more empowered; 2) increasing the number of group members from young people; 3) improve the skills of group members in musical, orchestrating, and dancing; and 4) increase the income of group members. The method used in this community service program is training and mentoring. The results of this program are: 1) The arts group already has a name and routinely conducts meetings and training activities; 2) members of group from the school age and young adults are increasing; 3) the art group is known outside the Sale District and gets a performance offer.

Abstract

As the partner of the community dedication is Sendangasri the art and cultural village in Rembang Regency. The problems faced by the partner are (1) Management of art and cultural has not been established, (2) The village does not have the managerial ability, (3) The village has not made use of art and cultural website as the promotion media, (4) The village does not have attractive supporting facility. Therefore, the purpose of the dedication program is to improve the human resources in managing the tourism village, giving good service and promoting the existence widely. The method used in carrying out the program is training and mentoring. The result show (1) The forming of tourism village board based on Sendangasri villager’s decision: 14/I/2020, on September 21nd, 2020, (2) Improving partner’s knowledge and ability in tourism management, (3) able to update the website with interesting content and information. (4) Partner start to build the spots that supporting art and cultural tourism destination. Keywords: Tourism Village, Training, Mentoring, Website
