Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah penafsiran Zagloul Al-Najjar dalam menjelaskan QS.Al-Baqarah : 222 mengenai fenomena biologis perempuan menstruasi dengan metode kajian pustaka. Minimnya pembahasan mengenai apa yang terjadi pada sistem reproduksi perempuan yang mengalami menstruasi dan dampak yang terjadi apabila dilakukan hubungan seksual pentetratif saat vagina sedang mengalami pendarahan dalam khazanah tafsir membuat kitab Mukhtarat min Tafsir Al-Ayat Al-Kauniyah fi Al-Qur’an Al-Karim Zagloul Al-Najjar layak dikaji. Zagloul Al-Najjar berfokus pada tiga pembahasan yaitu sejarah dua agama dan tradisi bersebrangan mengenai perlakuan mereka kepada perempuan yang sedang menstruasi dan sikap agama islam untuk menengahinya, aturan dan pembatasan perempuan yang sedang menstruasi dalam islam serta yang terakhir pembahasan mengenai bukti sains tentang kotornya darah menstruasi. Kitab tasfir ini menggunakan pendekatan obsitetri dan ginekologi dalam menjelaskan hal tersebut.

Instagram sangat populer dewasa ini, tetapi tidak selalu kabar baik yang tersebar, maka edukasi melalui ini sangat efektif untuk meluruskan pemikiran yang keliru. Pernah beredar pesan bahwa istri harus taat kepada suami tanpa tapi, hal ini menerapkan budaya otoriter dalam praktik berkeluarga Islami. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui dakwah edukasi digital melalui pesan-pesan dakwah @mubadalah.id soal keadilan gender, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dan analisis postingan secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Founder @mubadalah.id adalah tokoh yang sudah lama berkecimpung dalam isu tentang Islam dan gender serta melakukan pergerakan terkait pemberdayaan perempuan. Beliau membuat formulasi tentang keadilan gender secara kultural dapat diterima dengan persefektif Islam dan mulai berimplikasi pada transformasi sosial. Dakwah @mubadalah.id lebih banyak kepada tema hak dan kewajiban perempuan dalam kurun waktu dua tahun. Instagram menjadi peluang untuk menyebarkan syiar Islam tentang keadilan gender.

The Inheritance Verses: A Comparative Study of Zaitunah Subhan’s and Henri Shalahuddin’s Interpretations Bannan Naelin Najihah; Hilda Yanti Safitri

This article discusses the comparison of the interpretations of Zaitunah Subhan (feminist Muslim) and Henri Salahuddin (conservative occidentalist Muslim) regarding inheritance verses. The lack of comparative studies of Muslim feminist and conservative Muslim interpretations of the inheritance verse encourages the importance of studying this matter. This study uses a qualitative comparative study method with a literature review approach. The data sources are the book "The Hatred Interpretation" and the dissertation "Discourse on Gender Equality in Islamic Thought at State Islamic Universities in Indonesia: Case Studies at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta". Data collection techniques using search methods and data analysis techniques using content analysis. This article finds that there are three aspects of similarities and seven aspects of differences between Zaitunah Subhan and Henri in understanding inheritance verses. The similarities are in the distribution of inheritance rights between men and women which can change according to the conditions stipulated in the Qur'anic text, consideration of aspects of gender justice and consideration of aspects of economic responsibility as the cause of differences in inheritance rights. The differences are the methodological aspect, the editorial content of the verse (dalālat al-Qur'ān), the assessment of the character of the verse, the maximum-minimum limit for the distribution of inheritance, the portion of the division of inheritance and the relationship of the verse to social reality and the scientific clump approachment. This article is intended to increase knowledge about the rich variety of interpretations of inheritance verses related to gender issues in it.

This article discusses the alternation of day and night which is directly tied to the needs of living things, particularly humans. The phenomenon of day and night as well as it’s impact on the path of life organism, have been examined by Science and the Qur’an. The occurrence of day and night is the impact of the earth's motion (rotation and revolution). Humans, as living beings who acquired this highly organized gift, take advantage of day and night as the passage of time that impact their actions, emphasizing the significance of further research into the topic. This study employs a qualitative method in conjunction with library research strategy. This article finds that there is a link between alternation of day and night with time, environmental conditions, and how the body works in organism. From the standpoint of Science and Qur’an, the article is intended to in crease and understand information about the alternation of day and night (cosmography and geophysics).
