Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan Teknis Penyuluh Perpajakan adalah satu-satunya pelatihan yang menggunakan meggunakan quality assurance dari DJP sebagai penjaminan mutu dan standar dalam memenuhi standar kompetensi, untuk itu penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam pelatihan ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri apakah pelaksanaannya bisa memenuhi standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan dengan tetap mengacu kepada KAP (kerangka acuan program) yang telah ditetapkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, daftar pengumpulan poin aktivitas, dan observasi penulis selaku pengampu pelatihan yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh mampu menjelaskan hampir seluruh materi atau modul yang ada serta tetap membuat suasana yang dapat merangsang peserta untuk aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan baik saat berdiskusi atau melaksanakan praktik penyuluhan serta tetap mendorong peserta kreatif dan inovatif yang terlihat dalam hasil tugas-tugas mandiri yang dikerjakan saat pelatihan. Kendala dan tantangan yang perlu dihadapi adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil serta waktu pelatihan yang terlalu pada sehingga membuat peserta merasa kelelahan serta gangguan lingkungan sekitar yang membuat peserta sering kehilangan fokus

Abstract

Preparation of Taxation Counselors Officials must be implemented during this new normal period. Material for taxation counselors consists of many components which need further development in order for distance learning to be successful. Research for the development of this learning design was carried out at the implementation stage. The research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative/descriptive methodology. The target of the research was Distance Learning for Taxation Counselors at the Cimahi Financial Education and Training Center, held on 24-28 August 2020. The data analyzed was primary data in the form of a questionnaire produced using the Google Forms platform, data on theoretical and practical exam results, and observation data. The research data was processed, presented graphically, and analyzed descriptively. The key findings of this study suggest that Distance Learning for Taxation Counselors at the Cimahi Financial Education and Training Center ran effectively, the learning remained active and interesting, and the test results of most participants are very good. However, almost of all participants prefer classical learning
