Abstract

The general objective of this research is to produce a viable e-module to train students' scientific literacy. This study's specific objectives are to describe the validity of the e-module, the practicality of the e-module, and the effectiveness of the e-module. This research & development type is research & development with the ASSURE model and was tested on 36 students of class XI MIPA 4 SMAN 8 Banjarmasin. Data were analyzed quantitatively. The research instruments included e-module validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results of data analysis showed that the validity of the e-module obtained a score of 3.41 with a very valid category, the practicality of e-module based on the student response questionnaire obtained an average of 3.53 in the practical category, and the effectiveness of the e-module based on the test of learning outcomes obtained a score of N- Gain 0.41 which is categorized as effective. The conclusion was that the e-module using the exe-learning application was feasible to use to train students' scientific literacy.
