Abstract

Introduction. Early Breastfeeding Initiation is breastfeeding newborns, immediately embracing and letting the baby suckle in the first hour of birth, without being cleaned and not separated from the mother. Helps reduce poverty, help reduce hunger because breastfeeding can the role of MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) in achieving Early Breastfeeding Initiation is to increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding and the length of breastfeeding, meet the baby's food needs until the age of two years, helping to reduce child and under-five mortality. The provision of ASI is known as one of the things that has the most influence on the survival, growth and development of children. Methods. The research design used was descriptive with a cross-setional approach, probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling with a sample of 47 people. Statistical analysis that is used in descriptive is a way of analysis by systematically composing in the form of sentences or categories regarding the subject so that finally a general conclusion is obtained. Results. The results showed that respondents aged 20-35 years (85.11%), with high school education level (38.30%), some primiparous parity respondents (55.32%), never received information (36.17%) and have a lack of knowledge (48.94%). Conclusion. The researchers concluded that most of the respondents were less knowledgeable about Early Breastfeeding Initiation and for health workers to provide counseling, information and education to mothers during pregnancy visits related to Early Breastfeeding Initiation.

Abstract

Introduction. Data of the results of Indonesia Health Demographic Survey (2012) indicate that 29.5% of male adolescents and 6.2% of female adolescents have ever touched and sexually stimulated their partners and 48.1% of male adolescents and 29.3% had ever given their partners a lip kiss. In this survey the age of first dating is mostly 16-17 years old. This research is aimed at identifying the correlation of behavior and attitude with premarital sexual behavior of eleventh grade student at SMA Negeri I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta in 2015. Methods. This research is a correlational analytical research with cross sectional approach. The research population was the eleventh grade students. Sampling technique used proportional stratified sampling with a sample size of 125 students. Data were collected using questionnaires. The data were collected on 28029 May 2015. The data were analyzed using Chi Square and multiple correlations. Results. Knowledge mostly belonged to the sufficient category (73.6%), while attitude mostly belonged to the good category (94.4%) and premarital sexual behavior mostly belonged to the category of positive behavior (91.2%). There was a correlation between knowledge and premarital sexual behavior in which the value of Fisher’s Exact test was 0.024<0.05, while there was no correlation between attitude and premarital sexual behavior in which the value of Fisher’s Exact test was 0.484>0.05. There was simultaneous and significant correlation of knowledge and attitude with premarital sexual behavior, in which was the value of sig. FChange was 0.000<0.05. Conclusion. There is a correlation of behavior and attitude with premarital sexual behavior of eleventh grade student at SMA Negeri I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta in 2015.

Abstract

Introduction. Street children are children who spend most of their time doing day-to-day activities on the streets, including in the market environment, shops and other hubs. Street children are less concerned about their own health. Access to health services is good for children less than normal people. It affects their health behavior style. This study aims to deeply exploit the juvenile street children's experience in maintaining reproductive health in the Bahtera Child Protection Home Foundation Bandung City. Methods. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Participants in this study are adolescent street children under the auspices of the Bahtera Child Protection Home Foundation Bandung City with a total of 7 people. Data collection by indepth interview. Data analysis using thematic analysis according to Collaizzi's method. Results. The research result are six themes; The experience of get reproductive health knowledge, Behavior of reproductive hygiene, Food intake, Drug dependence behavior, psychotropic, and addictive substances, Forms of social violence
