<![CDATA[Pertumbuhan jumlah permintaan dan tuntutan menjaga kualitas produk tetap baik menjadi tantangan bagi PT. XYZ untuk bersaing di dunia manufaktur. Untuk itu diperlukan pengukuran produktivitas produksi dan usulan strategi peningkatan produktivitas di masa yang akan datang. Model pengukuran produktivitas di PT. XYZ menggunakan model Objective Matrix (OMAX) dengan kriteria produktivitas yang diukur yaitu rasio utilitas jam kerja, konsumsi energi listrik, utilitas tenaga kerja, rasio produk cacat, rasio produk baik, dan rasio kerusakan mesin. Pengukuran Objective Matrix (OMAX) menunjukkan rasio 1 (utilitas jam kerja) adalah kriteria produktivitas yang nilainya dominan berada dibawah standar. Rasio tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan Logic Tree Diagram untuk mendapatkan usulan strategi peningkatan produktivitas.
