Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that influence the difficulty of learning Japanese vocabulary and explain the positive and negative responses of students in grade XI high school Plus Terpadu Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at senior high school Plus Terpadu Pekanbaru in class XI students. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, with a poll of all students in grade XI in high school totaling 30 students, sampling is done by purposive sampling which is a technique of determining the sample with special consideration so it is suitable as a sample. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form or via online containing 36 statement items, then the results of the answers to the questionnaire statements were processed using a Likert scale analysis technique to calculate the percentage index of student scores. The based on data analysis, the overall percentage of difficulties in learning Japanese vocabulary is 77 %. This percentage is included in the high category on the percentage criteria score.Key Words: Difficulty, Vocabulary of Japanese

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to develop and produce module solubility and constant solubility product based on the multiple representation, to describe the characteristic of the module, the responses of teacher and students, obstacles encountered and supporting factors in the development of module solubility and constant solubility product based on the multiple representation. In this study, the research uses the method of research and development (RD). Based on the result of questionnaire about the module on aspects of content suitability to curriculum, and graphics by teacher as respondent obtained result percentage respectively 90% and 93% with a very high criteria.  Result of responses questionnaire about readability aspects with students as respondent obtained result 85,32% with a very high criteria.  Based on the result, it can be concluded that the developed module has very high quality which were attractive, appropriate with material, and readable.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan modul kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan berbasis multipel representasi, mendeskripsikan karakteristik modul, tanggapan guru dan siswa, kendala-kendala dan faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan modul kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan berbasis multipel representasi ini.  Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (RD).  Berdasarkan hasil angket tanggapan terhadap modul pada aspek kesesuaian isi, dan grafika dengan guru sebagai responden diperoleh persentase masing-masing 90% dan 93% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi.  Hasil angket tanggapan terhadap aspek keterbacaan modul dengan siswa sebagai responden diperoleh hasil 85,23% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi.  Berdasarkan tanggapan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat tinggi yaitu menarik, sesuai materi, dan terbaca dengan jelas. Kata kunci:kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan, modul, multipel representasi.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, Human Resources (HR) is one of the supporting factors to complete work andis a factor in the success of a company. This will be a problem for employees, especially in terms of experienceand training status because it will have an impact on employee performance in the company. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously between training and workexperience on employee performance. The technique used in this study is to identify the effect of partial (t test)and simultaneous (F test) between training variables (X ) and work experience (X ) on employee performance (Y)at PT. Osi Electronics batam. Data collection techniques on This research was conducted by distributingquestionnaires to employees of PT. Osi Electronics Batam with 158 samples.The results of the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) in the summary model which can be seen from the R Square of the training variable, workexperience and employee performance are 0.676or 67.6% and while the t-test on the training variable (X ) has aarithmetic value of4.737and t table2.6079 where obtained t count > t table, and the significance value is 0.000below 0.05 and the work experience variable (X ) where it is obtained that t count > t table, and the significancevalue is 0.000 below 0.05 Based on the results of the simultaneous test, Fcount is 161.410In this test, thecorrelation between training and work experience on employee performance was obtained. This statement issupported by a calculated F value greater than F table, and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Thisindicates that the variables of training and work experience stimulants have a significant effect on employeeperformance
