Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan studi: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kompetensi Perawat IGD Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang IGD RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Metodologi: Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan design cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji Bivariat menggunakan Mann Whitney. Hasil: Didapatkan p value 0.002 yang berarti ada Hubungan Kompetensi Perawat IGD Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang IGD RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Manfaat: Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber informasi dan data tambahan bagi peneliti selanjutnya. Abstract Purpose of study: To determine the relationship between the competence of emergency room nurses and the level of patients satisfaction in the emergency room of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie general hospital Samarinda Methodology: Quantitative research using a cross sectional design with a total of 96 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Bivariate test using Mann Whitney. Results: A p value of 0.002 was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between nurse competence and patient satisfaction levels in the emergency room of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie general hospital Samarinda Applications: The results of this study are expected to be a source of additional information and data for further researchers.
