Abstract

AbstraksiMasalah ketenagake1jaan bersifat multidimensi.  mempengaruhi  sekaligus  dipengaruhi oleh berbagaifaktor dengan pola hubungan yang komplek .sehingga penyelesaian11ya menuntut arah kebi1aka11 da11 pendekaran yang multidimensi pula. Pembang1ma11 kete11agake1jaa11 diantaranya bertujuan memberikan perlindungan kepada tenaga kerja dalam mewu)Lfdkan kesejahteraan. Studi ini menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan tenaga ke1ja sektor industri  dan sektor non industri  di  kabupaten  Jepara.  Kesejahteraan  dimaksud  meliputi  kesejahteraan fisik berupa upalz dan non upah (tunjangan, fasilitas, dsb) dan kesejahteraan non fisik yang meliputi otonomi kerja, beban kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 400 responden yang terbagi kedafam sektor industri be1jumlah 292 responden dan sektor non industri  berjumfah  108 responden.Berdasarkan hasil uji multivariate menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaa11 tingkat kesejahteraan tenaga kerja di sektor industri dan tenaga ketja disektor non industri baik secarafisik maupun non fisik. Kata Kunci : Kesejalzteraan tenaga kerja, Kesejahteraanfi sik, Kesejahteraan 11011/isik.

Abstract

AbstractThis research toformulate the strategy of developing for the central location of roofs production in Jepara regency, through potential identification, problem, opportunities and changes which are owned by UKM by using SWOT analysis ( strenghts, weakness, opportunities, threats). The research held at the whole roofs UKM in Jepara regency, totally 686 respondents. The primary data collection held throught the questioner with the loading of questions about the modality and finance,  human resources, production,  marketing, and institution.The result of research shows the problem faced by genteng UKM is the modality limitation had beside haven't been owned some access to the sources of modality and financial management which hasn't been done well, there still low quality of human resources had, pasive marketing, the low quality product also the aspects of institution which is not arranged well, for solving this case, the strategy may be able to do is optimalze the local potention supporting UKM development, increasing knowledgement and skill in this case for managing of human resources, finance, production or the marketing by technical traning, managerial accompaniment, field supervision, mechanization of research also recommends the local government to mediate UKM to access for the sources of modality, also facilitate UKM in order to participate in exhibition.  Keywords: The strategy of developing, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to analyse influence of work characteristic which consist of skilled variation, work autonomy and duty identity to job satisfaction its research object is merchant of chicken noodles in Tahunan Jepara. Population this research is all merchant of chicken noodles counted 134 people, while amount of taken sampet counted 100 one taken wnh random sampling techniques. Data type used is primary and secondary data, collected with documentation and questioner. Technique analyse multiple regression used to test influence of independent variable (skilled variation, work autonomy and duty identity) to dependent variable (fob satisfaction). Before examination of hypothesis conducted, require to test the quality of data (validity and reliability) and classic assumption to ascertain to goodness-of-Jit regression model.Result of research show that data are valid and reliable, regression model are normal, not heteroskedastisy and not multikolinierifas. Pursuant to hypothesis test can be concluded that skilled variation do not haw an effect on to job satisfaction, while work autonomy and duty identity have an effect on positive and significant Keyword: work characteristic, skilled variation [of],  work autonomy duty identity, job satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractTarget of research to analyze influence capability and commitment to strategy creativity, and influence of strategy creativity, capability and commitment to manager performance.Independent variable is capability, and commitment qfdependen Strategy creativity and manager performance. Population counted 410 entrepreneurs taken with technique of simple random sampling. Amount of sampel counted 202 respondent. Analysis technique use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software AMOS version 6.0.Research finding; capability and of committment have an effect on strategy creativity and manager performance, hereinafter strategy creativity have an effect on manager performance. Creativity Strategy non intervening variable but independent variable Keywords: capability, committmen, creativity strategy and manager performanceAbstraksiTujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas dan komitmen terhadap kreativitas strategi, dan pengaruh kreativitas strategi, kapabilitas dan komitmen terhadap kinerja manajer.Variabel independen adalah kapabilitas, dan komitmen dan variabel dependen kreatifitas Strategi dan kinerja manajer. Populasi scbanyak 410 pengusaha yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 202 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS versi 6.0.Temuan penelitian adalah variabel kapabilitas dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kreatifitas strategi dan kinerja manajer selanjutnya kreatifitas strategi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajer. Kreativitas strategi bukan sebagai variabel intervening melainkan variabel independen. Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas, Komitmen, Kreatifitas Strategi dan Kinerja Manajer
