Abstract

The documentation of nursing care is the important part nurse duty, the best documentation of nursing care process that sees best and have a certain quality should be acurate, complete, and standard. Curently documenting of nursing care in Wates Hospital is practically not yet done according to Standard Operational Procedure. This study aims to know the description of the nursing care of documentation in Inpatient Room of Wates Hospital. This research is descriptive quantitatif which take the sample from inpatient documentation of nursing care in March 2017. The population was about 1106 documents of medical records which the sample obout 111 documents. The technique to take the sample was using cluster random. The research was held on June 2017. The data collection used medical record of patient. The univariat of data analysis used frequency distribution. This research showd that the completeness os documenting of nursing care in assessment aspect (77,5%), diagnosis (93,7%), planning (73,9%), action (45,9%), evaluation (76,6%), nursing care note (45%). The completeness of documentation of nursing care in Inpatient Room of Wates Hospital Kulon Progo is claimed complete (27,9%). Keywords: Nursing documentation, nursing process

Abstract

Menarche is part of the primary change that commonly affects the psychology of a child. The psychological impact of menarche can be in a form of anxiety which lead to many problems to children. Based on research Randomination of childhood BMI and Early Menarche gained the results of girls who experience her first menarche changes in her either psychic like arise a sense of anxiety and happened changes such obesity. Anxiety is the most common, noticeable symptom in children during menarche and it is sometimes reinforced the desire to reject the physiological process. Anxiety can be influenced by age, genetics, level of knowledge and others.  Provision of information about menstrual health through education is one way to deal with the symptoms of psychological disorders that arise when facing menarche. Objective: to determine the effect of health education of anxiety in menarche in students at 5th grade Sonosewu Elementary School and Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun Elementary School. This study uses quasi experiment research to control time series design or the sample material eqievalent design. The sample in this study is at 5th grade students in Sonosewu Elementary School 15 and Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun Elementary School 15 who are not having menstruation yet, in total of 30 students, taken using total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results showed that p-value 0.023 experimental group and p-value 0.234 the control group (<0.05). And from statistical test, the result showed that the differentiation was meaningful on intervention group. In conclusion, there was a significant influence of health education toward the anxiety about menarche in 5th grade students.

Abstract

Background: Monitoring the level of patient satisfaction is the target of health agencies, in this case hospitals, to develop and compete with other hospitals. This measure is to determine the extent to which the dimensions of the quality of health services that have been prepared meet patient expectations. The increasing quality of service in a hospital is expected to be able to meet the expectations of patients so that this results in patient satisfaction. One type of health service that exists in hospitals is outpatient services which are required to provide quality services, by providing services to patients and patient families in accordance with quality standards of meeting patient needs and expectations.Objectives: To determine the influence of service quality dimensions on outpatient patient satisfaction.Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all outpatients at RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Spearman rank and chi-square statistical tests and multivariate analysis with logistic regression statistical tests.Results: The results showed that there was an influence of responsiveness and empathy dimensions on general outpatient patient satisfaction at hospital of dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro. It is known that in the multivariate test both dimensions were affected 5 and 27 times respectively in influencing general outpatient patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.003 and a p-value of 0.005, respectively.Conclusions: There is an influence between the dimensions of quality (Responsiveness and Empathy) on patient satisfaction outpatient at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital
