Abstract

One of the goals of financing in the micro sector is the distribution of excess fund, meaning that in people’s lives there are parties who have advantage while there are parties who lack. In relation to the problem of funds, the financing mechanism can be a brige in balancing and distributing excess fund from those who have excess funds to those who lack funds. The result of this research show that the reality that occurs today is that most Islamic banks provide financing not to the underprivileged who lack funds to open up business opportunities and crate business independene, but provide financing to people who already have business and are capable of entrepreneurship. However financing in Islamic banks has increased every year, this is the problem that wants to be studied

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills and hard skills on the work readiness of STIE Jayakarta students batch 2018.The population of this research is STIE Jayakarta students class of 2018 and the sample is 38 students. Sampling by incidental sampling. The variables used are soft skills, hard skills and work readiness. Analysis of the data using multiple linear correlation regression analysis, which looks at the relationship between soft skills, hard skills and student work readiness, determines the closeness of the relationship between these variables and examines the effect of soft skills and hard skills on student work readiness, either partially or simultaneously.Partially, the results of the study indicate that there is no influence of soft skills on student work readiness, but there is an influence of hard skills on student work readiness. Meanwhile, from the results of simultaneous testing, it can be concluded that soft skills and hard skills together have an influence on student work readiness

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana pengaruh utang luar negeri danpenanaman modal asing terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertutujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh utang luar negeri dan penanaman modal asing terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sumber data yaitu data sekunder dalam periode pengamatan 2016-2020 Data yang digunakan meliputi data pertumbuhan ekonomi, utang luar negeri dan penanaman modal asing. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan utang luar negeri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terlihat dari t hitung > t tabel (7.505 > 4.303). Sedangkan penanaman modal asing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terlihat dari t hitung > t table (5.607 > 4.303). Secara simultan, utang luar negeri dan penanaman modal asing berpengaruh positif dan significan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terlihat dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (48,154 > 9,55).
