Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Standarisasi Nasional (BSN), saat ini masih banyak gedung bertingkat yang belum memenuhi standar bidang konstruksi dan bangunan. Saat ini Itenas sudah memiliki banyak gedung bertingkat yang digunakan sebagai fasilitas belajar mengajar. Gedung bertingkat tersebut masih belum memiliki display jalur evakuasi untuk mempermudah proses evakuasi apabila terjadi suatu bencana. Untuk mempermudah proses evakuasi diperlukan jalur evakuasi. Untuk menghitung jarak jalur evakuasi, pada penelitian ini digunakan algoritma djikstra. Jalur evakuasi harus disertai dengan display yang mendukung. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini selain menentukan jalur evakuasi juga akan dilakukan perancangan display. Perancangan display jalur evakuasi harus menarik bagi pembacanya, tetapi tidak mengurangi unsur kemudahan pada saat membaca dan informasi yang tertera pada display jalur evakuasi tersebut. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menentukan jalur evakuasi yang memiliki jarak terpendek dan merancangan display untuk mempermudah proses evakuasi. Kata Kunci: gedung bertingkat, bencana, jalur evakuasi, algoritma djikstra, display   ABSTRACT Based on data obtained from the National Standardization Agency (BSN), there are still many who have not met the high rise building construction and building standards. Currently Itenas already has a lot of high rise building which is used as a teaching and learning facilities. The multi-storey building still has no evacuation route display to facilitate the evacuation in the event of a disaster. To simplify the evacuation process required the evacuation path. To calculate the distance evacuation routes, in this study used Djikstra algorithm. Evacuation route must be accompanied by a display that support. Therefore, in this study besides determining the evacuation route will also be design the display. The design of evacuation route display should appeal to readers, but does not reduce the element of ease in reading and display the information contained in the evacuation path. The end result of this study is able to determine the evacuation route that has the shortest distance and design a displays to simplify the evacuation process. Abstract

An alternative method to reduce setup time is to simultaneously carry out fixture planning for several parts in one setup planning. This is possible due to the size of parts which are relatively small to the size of the machine work bed, typically found in a make-to-order industry. This research proposed a fixture planning method for multi-workpiece setup. The fixture planning method comprised two stages: 1) multi-workpiece layout and 2) 3-2-1 pin location. An example of multiple workpiece setup is illustrated in this paper to point out the method's applicability. Future research activity will integrate the proposed collaborative human-robot assembly design system method.
