Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study and find out what motives underlie the TDA community in improving the economy of the people in Blitar. Then in the future, the results of this research are expected to provide benefits through analysis related to the motives of the TDA community in improving the economy of the people in Blitar. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Sources and types of data in this study by selecting one key-informant and informants on primary data, secondary data in this study are documents belonging to the Blitar TDA Community. The result of this research is that the TDA Community which is the largest community in Blitar continues to improve the economy of the Blitar community through various educational actions. These activities include holding an Entrepreneurial Party, then collaborating with campuses. The activities carried out are none other than the motive for developing the business capabilities of the Blitar community so that they can prepare accurate strategies for larger businesses which of course can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

The development of a strategic marketing approach is a crucial factor in supporting company growth and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive business environment. PT. Sumber Mulya Grand Organik Blitar, as a producer of organic fertilizer under the BIOGRANO Organis brand, requires an effective, accurate, and sustainable marketing strategy so that its products can be widely accepted and demanded by the market. This study aims to: (1) measure the effectiveness of the marketing activities that have been and are currently implemented by the company, (2) identify the key factors that can strengthen the company’s marketing strategy, and (3) formulate the most ideal marketing strategy to increase sales volume, company profitability, and market share. This research is classified as explanatory research and was conducted at PT. Sumber Mulya Grand Organik Blitar, focusing on the company’s marketing management by involving employees as well as consumers of organic fertilizer products. The analytical method used in this study is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) through the preparation of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) matrices, the SWOT matrix, and strategic determination analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that the most appropriate and optimal strategy with the highest score is the Strength–Threat (ST) strategy, which focuses on utilizing the company’s strengths to overcome external threats. This strategy is implemented through the intensification of distribution channels, optimization of promotional and advertising activities, provision of complete product variants at all company branches, development of an integrated organic farming system, collaboration with farmer groups across Indonesia, provision of free consultation services for farmers, continuous improvement of customer service, clarification of sales targets, facilitation of purchasing and product delivery, and the implementation of a flagship program, namely the “BSP (Pay After Harvest)” program for farmers who meet certain criteria.

Abstract

World civilization is always changing in various areas of human life. Along with the development of housing, buildings, production infrastructure and other facilities. In project development, there are several important aspects to be considered by the construction implementer in this case the contractor including time, cost, quality and work safety. Project development will achieve success if the project development implementer is able to complete the project development according to the specified schedule, available costs, quality and work safety that have been determined. The purpose of this study is to determine the critical work on the construction project of the PT. Sumber Mulya Grand Organik Factory Building using Microsoft Project 2024. In addition, it is also to determine the work network (Network Project) on the construction work of the PT. Sumber Mulya Grand Organik Factory Building in Ngadri Village, Binangun District, Blitar Regency. The data were obtained through interviews, documentation, observation and checklists. Data analysis used is using the critical path method and floating CPM. The research results, when viewed from the critical path analysis and floating CPM, show that the project construction period is 91 calendar weeks, with the critical path consisting of installing signboards, outsets/bouplanks, excavation work, tight concrete casting, concrete foot plates, installing river stone foundations, backfilling, making 15/20 concrete slopes, installing 12/15 concrete columns, installing 12/15 concrete ring beams, H-beam iron truss work, purlin work, installing rafters and H-beam iron battens, installing metal spandek roof tiles, installing zinc gutters, installing metal planks, sand filling and floor plastering, installing 60 x 60 floor tiles, wall plastering, new wall paint, installing gypsum, painting ceilings, and cleaning. All were carried out in detail and fulfilling the project's goal of completing the work quickly, meaning that the specified timeframe of 190 days was achieved in 91 days.
