Abstract

This research aims to analyze the tourist experience of Yogyakarta gastronomic tourism, especially in Gudeg Yu Djum. This review adopts a quantitative descriptive method and involves 100 respondents as a sample. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out from February to May 2020. The results showed a positive response from respondents in this study related to the experience of eating at Gudeg Yu Djum. Most of the respondents have a special purpose for gastronomic tours, others made gastronomic tours as side trips from primary trips such as nature and cultural tourism. The order of the highest level of impression in developing the gastronomic experience starts from authenticity, sociability, emotions, deliberate and incidental gastro-tourists, travel stages, foodie risk-taking, and Interdependent co-created tourist-host relationship. The theoretical implication in this study is to determine the order of the sub-variables starting from the most decisive in building gastronomic experience. Additionally, the practical implication is that it can provide rich information as an insight for culinary entrepreneurs, particularly to establish a post-pandemic gastronomic tourism business. Since the sample size is limited to one type of restaurant, further research is expected to cater to more restaurants representing gastronomic tourism in Yogyakarta, as well as other cities. Abstract

This study analyzes the development strategy of Bongo Village, Gorontalo District, Sulawesi, as a tourism destination. This village has a great potential of natural and cultural resources but it has not fully developed yet as tourist attractions.The study starts by identifying tourism potential of the village and followed by setting up the strategy to develop the village as a attractive tourism destination. This study used qualitative descriptive data analysis and SWOT analysis. The result shows that tourism potentials of the Bongo village includes natural tourism resources, artificial resources, cultural and social economic potential, accessibility and supporting facilities, which have not been used and managed well. In addition, some public facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. This study suggests that there is a need for the government involvement in establishing an institution of tourism management, improving the quality of human resources, building infrastructure of tourist facilities which are still lacking, as well as forming a close cooperation between tourism stakeholders including the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the framing of Twitter social media in an effort to promote tourism by the Malang City government in the New Normal era. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. By using the NVivo 12 Plus software as a Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) that utilizes the Crosstab analysis and Word Frequency Analysis features to conduct data mining and analysis on the official twitter account of the Malang city government, namely @PemkotMalang. Departing from the theory of Integrated Marketing Communication which is divided into 4 dimensions, namely; planning, creation, integration, and marketing. Based on the findings and analysis of the researchers, it can be concluded that the Malang City government uses a strategy of delivering information through social media Twitter @ PemkotMalang consistently mapped to the IMC concept, which contains several aspects, namely planning, creation, integration, and marketing. Of the four aspects, creation dominates because it includes content that changes tourism marketing in Malang City. The information conveyed was in the form of implementing new policies in the tourism sector to recover after the COVID-19 pandemic. As for other complementary aspects, such as the planning aspect, Malang City prepares facilities that meet health protocols so that tourists feel safe and increase their trust when visiting tourist objects in Malang City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi potensi wisata bahari dan kontribusinya mengurangi kemiskinan pada komunitas masyarakat pesisir di Gorontalo. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan literatur. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan wisata bahari membawa manfaat kepada kesejahteraan masyarakat, strategi pengembangan melalui enam kriteria antara lain potensi, dorongan masyarakat, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas pendukung pariwisata dan kelembagaan diindentifikasi ada beberapa isu yang diperlu untuk pengembangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh artificial attraction dan natural attraction terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Puncak Wanagiri Buleleng, Bali. Selanjutnya penelitian ini ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh artificial attraction dan natural attraction terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di objek wisata tersebut. Sampling populasi yang digunakan adalah wisatawan yang telah berkunjung ke Puncak Wanagiri Buleleng Bali. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk memperoleh sampel responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linear berganda, uji t (uji parsial), dan uji F (uji simultan). Hasil penelitian ini adalah artificial attraction dan natural attraction sangat disukai dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Puncak Wanagiri Buleleng, dengan masing-masing hasil analisis uji t sebesar 5,250 dan 5,917. Hasil uji koefisien deteminasi (R Square) sebesar 0,786. Artinya kepuasan wisatawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Artificial Attraction, dan Natural Attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Efektivitas Iklan Digital Terhadap Minat Pembelian Tiket Masuk pada kalangan Generasi Y dan Z, di Desa Penglipuran Bangli, Bali. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif,alat pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrument penyebaran kuesioner,sampel yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin kepada 100 wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Desa wisata penglipuran.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert dan di analisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS.Teknik pengujian penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas hasil yang memiliki nilai pada rentang 0,572–0,798 untuk variabel x dan 0,704–0,924 untuk variabel y.Uji reabilitas memiliki nilai cronbach’s alpha untuk variabel x adalah sebesar 0,810 dan variabel y adalah sebesar 0,912. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Iklan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dan Iklan digital memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan dapat menarik minat Generasi Y dan Z dalam minat pembelian. Dengan demikian, promosi yang paling efektiv dalam menarik minat pembelian tiket masuk ke desa wisata Penglipuran Bangli, Bali adalah melalui iklan digital instagram, youtube, dan online advertising.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengobservasi secara langsung bagaimana hotel business dalam menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan panduan Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) di Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro pada Era New Normal. Termasuk pengaruhnya pada tingkat hunian dan rasa kepercayaan tamu untuk kembali menginap di Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran kuesioner melibatkan 103 responden untuk melihat pengaruh implementasi CHSE di Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro pada Era New Normal (X) terhadap indikator bebas yaitu pada timgkat hunian (Y1) dan kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap kembali (Y2). Hasil output program SPSS diketahui nilai Sig. lebih kecil probabilitas 0,05 dapat diartikan ada pengaruh implementasi CHSE pada tingkat hunian dan kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap kembali di Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively review Bali tourism-related literature from 1979 to 2022. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining bibliometric techniques and a literature review. The analysis includes 128 international publication records from the Scopus database that contain the keywords "tourism in Bali." The study categorizes research trends in Bali tourism into four primary categories: research sites, research methods, research scopes, and tourism-related components. However, the study is limited by its reliance on a single database, Scopus. These findings can serve as hypotheses for future investigations. This study is anticipated to provide a valuable resource for scholars and researchers interested in studying Bali tourism, representing the first and most current review of the literature on the evolution of tourism studies in Bali over the past four decades.
