Abstract

The development of information technology that is developing rapidly now influences the community in supporting a variety of large and small business activities so that it can be recognized globally. The most obvious impact is that besides being known, it can also increase sales volume and profit and help MSMEs determine sales strategies with the concept of Digital Marketing. In digital marketing activities, there are several positive and negative impacts. If seen from real activities, there are many positive impacts mentioned that can increase the sales volume of MSMEs, facilitate sales access, become more effective and efficient in daily economic activities. The negative impacts often found in the field are prone to fraud and cause concern in the community. This program aims to provide literacy to the public about the concept of digital marketing and also the dissemination of how to apply and the stages of digital marketing properly to avoid negative impacts. This program will provide literacy in the form of workshops and video screenings on digital marketing and outreach to MSMEs of Bulusari village, whether they conduct sales transactions digitally. It is hoped that MSMEs in the village of Bulusari can have a good understanding of implementing digital marketing at the time of the sales transaction and avoid the adverse effects of digital ordering. So through digital marketing, the community can run the economy, especially the Bulusari village community.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi menuntut seluruh karyawannya harus siap menghadapi tuntutan, perintah maupun kebijakan atas pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tingginya tuntutan akan pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan karyawan pada saat itu menimbulkan banyak permasalahan terhadap manajemen sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu perusahaan dituntut agar permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dan dikelola dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk menghindari terganggunya sistem kerja, suasana kerja dan yang terutama kinerja dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Upah kerja, konflik keja dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi berganda untuk menunjukkan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terdahulu berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heterosdekastisitas. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dilakukan dengan uji F sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dilakukan dengan uji t, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dapat dilakukan dengan melihat nilai standardized coefficients Beta yang memiliki nilai terbesar. Dari hasil penenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Upah kerja, konflik keja dan stres kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk secara parsial Upah kerja dan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

UD.Setia Usaha a business in the field of furniture, during the production process, starting from the activity of the initial raw materials to the process of finished products there is a position that causes interference with the muscular system and needs to improve working posture. Bent position, working with standing, back bent, excessive workload are activities that need to be evaluated gradually. The position of the furniture worker UD. Faithful Business that is not ergonomic. can cause musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to determine the worker's posture on the activities of furniture workers in the wood shavers at UD. Faithful Business Data collection is done by direct observation to the field and interviews. The data obtained were analyzed using the RULA method, then the grand score was categorized based on the action level of the RULA. The result is the final score of each work posture and level of risk. There are 2 work postures that are often performed by workers. Work posture has a final score of 7 and a higher level of risk is to stand bent and arms outstretched.
