Abstract

Pada hakekatnya pembelajaran merupakan inti dari kegiatan pendidikan. Namun sejak munculnya Corona Virus Desiase 2019 yang mewabah di Indonesia menyebabkan proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dari rumah dengan penerapan sistem daring atau e-learning pada semua tingkatan pendidikan. SMP Batara Gowa adalah salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan sistem tersebut, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif siswa dalam pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Batara Gowa Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga macam perspektif dari lima indikator. Indikator proses komunikasi pembelajaran dan respon peserta didik menunjukkan perspektif negatif. Indikator pengelolaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan perspektif positif. Indikator aktivitas belajar menunjukkan perspektif netral. Indikator hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan perspektif positif. Perspektif tersebut merupakan hasil wawancara dengan 10 informan di SMP Batara Gowa Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the principal's leadership is, how the teacher's performance is and whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers at UPT SMPN Bontonumpa No.16 Selayar Islands. This type of research is quantitative research or expost facto research. The population in this study was 17 teachers at SMPN Bontonumpa No.16 Selayar Islands. The sample in this study was a sampling technique where all populations were sampled. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study show that the statistical data analysis of the principal's leadership questionnaire shows that the percentage of the principal's leadership is included in the "Very Good" category. The results of the statistical data analysis of teacher performance observations show that the percentage of teacher performance is included in the "Very Good" category. The results of the hypothesis test show that the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance at UPT SMPN Bontonumpa No.16 Kepulauan Selayar with the results of the t-count> t-table, namely 1.786> 1.745, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence between variable X (principal leadership) on variable Y (teacher performance).
