Abstract

There are eight points of basis principle for deference result excellent from the big business in America in long time that in take side to evident act, always near with customers, having otonomy and entrepreneurship, increasing productivity pass through HRD, increasing value in main business, always in the business who known, employ a little staff in high level and high dedication. This analysis for tracing about “ in search of excellence” by Tom Peters in conection with business in Indonesia. This hypothesis very important to reciting in this analysis. There are conection in a manner evident interaction between America and Indonesia. Remembering that the both have the same system i.e. system open market and in market competitive structure.Key words : Implication “ in search of excellence” in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract

To obtain maximum returns, prospective investors must have knowledge of the fundamental aspects to be able to place their investments appropriately in the issuer's companies in the capital market. This study aims to examine whether the investment opportunity set, debt policy, profitability and managerial ownership influence the firm value by using dividend policy as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 20 companies listed on the Main Board of IDX in the period from 2009-2016. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that IOS has a negative effect on DPR and ROA has a positive effect on the DPR. While other variables did not significantly influence the DPR. The influence of IOS, ROA, and manajerial ownership significantly positive on Tobin's Q while DAR, Size and DPR had a significantly negative effect on Tobin's Q. Based on the VAF test, the DPR mediated IOS by 17.17% and mediated ROA by -4.46% or less than 20 % so that it can be concluded that there is almost no mediating role of the DPR on the relationship of IOS and ROA to the firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kelentukan pergelangan tangan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan smash pada Atlet Putri Club voli Unimuda Sorong.Serta besar sumbangan/ kontribusi yang diberikan oleh dua variabel bebas terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli dan diharapkan bermanfaat bagi penelitian yang akan datang, guru,pelatih dan mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa UKM bola voli UNIMUDA Sorong. Sampel yang di gunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 orang mahasiswa putri, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penariakn sampel menggunakan metode korelasional, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan pengukuran dan analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan data sedangkan regresional sederhana dan ganti. (1) pada pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli R-0,382 (P<0,05) dan R Sguare 0,146 =14.60%. (2) ada pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli. R=0.441 (P<0,05) dan R Sguare 0,195=15,90%). (3) ada pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan, kekutatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli. R= 0.441 (P<0,05) dan R Sguare 0.195 =19,50%. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari dua variabel bebas bahwa koordinasi mata tangan, kekuatan otot tungkai yang memberikan kontribusi lebih besar terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli.
