Abstract

Teknologi Informasi merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat membantu suatu instansi khususnya pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate. Dalam pengolahan data pendapatan hasil panen pertanian untuk mengefisiensi kinerja. Sehingga menjadi alasan penulis untuk menjadikan suatu penilitian untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi dalam bentuk aplikasi pengolahan data pendapatan hasil panen pertanian pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate. Disebabkan permasalahan peng-input-an data laporan hasil panen pada kantor Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel, sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak dalam mengerjakan suatu laporan yang akan dibuat. Aplikasi ini dirancang mempunyai tujuan Membuat sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data pendapatan hasil panen pertanian pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate. Aplikasi yang dirancang lebih memudahkan karyawan pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate dalam hal waktu yang lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

TRAINING ON THE USE OF THE E-TILANG APPLICATION AT THE TERNATE DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE. The Covid-19 outbreak has an impact to remote areas, the impact can be felt from the community life sector. Judging from this impact, Kejaksaan Agung RI has not stopped initiating and producing innovations, especially in the field of technology, one example is the e-ticket application which is integrated with the Police, Courts and BRI, this application can help officers in community service especially traffic violators without having to make physical contact so as to reduce the spread of covid-19. However, the demand for having human resources (SDM) is also very calculated. With the E-Tilang Application, which from the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia is very helpful for ticketing officers in each region, in helping what is meant is the work of employees, especially ticketing officers, which were previously done conventionally, public services are quickly resolved, but what often becomes an obstacle is resources. human resources, so that with the Community Service Activities carried out, namely training on the use of the E-Tilang application, it can help that human resources, namely ticketing officers, have increased understanding.

Abstract

Tabam Village is one of the villages in North Ternate City with a modern community background, where smartphones and laptops are no longer new items for the local community. However, the administrative management system in the sub-district is still far from expectations in the current era. The administrative management system starting from making Identity Cards, Family Cards, Birth Certificates to Death Certificates is still conventional. This kind of administrative management system is believed to have many weaknesses such as paper wastage, interference with computer media and requires a long time to process one letter. How is the implementation of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the design of the administrative information system in Tabam village. The research objective is to determine the implementation of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the design of administrative information systems in Tabam village. The research method carried out in the study there are several methods, namely, conducting observations to see directly the administrative services in the output office, as well as conducting library studies to review relevant previous research journals and conducting studies on books related to research. The research system or application design uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in several phases or stages, namely the Requirement Planning stage, the Design stage, and the Implementation stage.

Abstract

Surat merupakan alat komunikasi yang penting dalam sebuah instansi atau organisasi setiap surat masuk dan surat keluar tidak hanya sekedar sebagai alat komunikasi tetapi juga sebagai bukti asli. Maka organisasi Mahasiswa Computer Pecinta Alam juga tidak terlepas adanya kearsipan surat, yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan menyimpan surat didalam map berupa berkas yang membuat kerusakan dan kehilangan data. Dengan permasalahn tersebut peniliti akan membuat sistem terkomputerisasi yang menyimpan data surat masuk dan surat keluar untuk membantu pengurus Mc_PAL agar lebih mempermudah dalam pengelolahan arsip surat tanpa harus takut kerusakan atau kehilangan. Website ini nantinya dapat dikelola oleh admin, ketua dan asnggota. Peniitian manfaatakan sebuah teknologi untuk merancang sebuah informasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfaal, Xampp sebagai servernya, phpMyadmin sebagai operator database, MySql sebagai database, sublime teks sebagai pembuatan code program dan website dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemograman php dan HTML. Program sistem informasi dari hasil rancangan ini sebagai pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Mahasiswa Computer Pecinta Alam Aikom Ternate.

Abstract

Abstrack - The population data processing information system is a main activity carried out by the village, where in carrying out population data processing it must be carried out quickly, precisely and accurately. However, in reality at the Salube Village Office, errors often occur in recording data and are less accurate in processing population data. In this study, a system that deviates population data is designed, this system aims to make it easier for village office staff to store population data without having to fear losing, this website can be managed by admin by logging in using the username and password that has been determined while the head login villages can only see population data that has been saved. This system was designed using the waterfaal method, Xampp where phpMyadmin as the database operator, MySQL as the database, sublime text as the code for this information system program, and the results of this information system design as data processing in Salube Village, Loloda Islands District, Halmahera Uatara Regency. Abstract

Security is inversely proportional to comfort, the more comfortable the application of technology will have an impact on the security side of the system. The Server is an important infrastructure in managing data. It is important to prevent attacks on Servers. Firewall implementation can minimize attacks that harm the Server. One of them is by implementing an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) application such as Snort which has the ability to detect attacks that occur on Server systems. In this study, the authors developed a system called R-Wall. The implementation of R-Wall aims to be able to monitor and secure Servers against several attack methods, including port scanning, DDoS ping of death SSH brute force, and FTP brute force type. The results of this implementation are able to provide attack notifications sent via Telegram robot with a total of 247 DDoS pings of deadly attacks, 8 port scanning attacks, 247 FTP brute force attacks, and 208 SSH brute force attacks. R-Wall is also able to restrict access to attackers.

Abstract

North Kayoa County's Laromabati Village Office continues to take a traditional approach to managing incoming and outgoing mail. Each time a letter arrives or leaves, officers must manually record the letter's origin, date, and important details. After that, the officer must contact the intended party based on information about the origin of the letter. However, the recording process alone is not enough because incoming and outgoing mail documents are still saved manually. This condition often results in documents being scattered and hard to find when needed. Searching for documents is a complex task because it has to be done manually, searching for existing documents one by one.To solve this problem, as part of this study, you can develop an application to manage incoming and outgoing mail using a web platform. This application is designed to help ease the workflow, reduce the likelihood of incoming and outgoing emails, and make it easier to find incoming and outgoing emails.Based on the testing of the interface health monitoring system and the use of web applications, it was found that the application for recording incoming and outgoing letters in the village office of Laromabati, North Kayoa district was successfully created using the PHP programming language. . This application development uses the waterfall method as a development approach. The created application has the main function, namely to provide the benefit of a digital repository useful to the village administration, while simplifying the work process and reducing the risk of losing archives of incoming and outgoing letters. To test this application, two types of testing are conducted, namely black box testing and usability testing. The results of black box testing show that the application works without errors and meets the desired expectations.
